IIHMRU MAT 2021 Application forms are available on the official website of the competent authority. Candidates must read the detail given below to avoid any mistake while filling the form:

• For Registration, the candidate must apply online on the official website only.
• Fill in the details asked correctly as per the 10th and 12th mark sheets.
• Upload the scanned copy of photographs, signature and other documents like category certificate (if applicable), PwD certificate (if applicable).
• Candidates must check the application status continuously whether their online application form is received, under scrutiny, accepted, defective, status after rectification, Rejected with valid reason.
• Application fees will be paid through any of the electronic payment modes or offline by bank demand draft.

• Personal information (name, date of birth, personal mobile number, parents’ name, parents’ mobile number, etc.). Please note that the name of the candidate in the online application form must exactly be the same as per the qualifying degree certificate.

• The candidates must make sure that they are eligible for the exam as the Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case by the university.

How to fill the IIHMRU MAT 2021 Application Form

For filling the form the aspirants have to follow the below steps:

• Fill in the details like Name, e-mail address, mobile number, password, state, city, program.

• After registration, an email will be sent to the registered mail id. Verify it by clicking on the link.

• Log in with the email id and Password to fill in the remaining details.
• Fill in the other details like Educational details, Date of Birth, Parents Details, etc.

• After filling in all the details save the details and continue.

• After filling in all the details make the fee payment.
• Save and continue after depositing the amount.

• Make the confirmation of the details and submit the registration form.
• After above all must get the printout of the form for the future uses.
