The IISER Aptitude Test 2022 Cutoff is the minimum mark required for admission in Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER), in BS and BS-MS (Dual-Degree) programmes in on of the seven IISER across India. IISER, a Central Government Funded Technical Institute admits students via KVPY, JEE-Advanced, State and Central Boards Channel (SCB). Find the cutoff criteria for all the channels below:
IISER Aptitude Test Cutoff Latest Update
- IISER Aptitude Test will be held on last week of May
- Marks requirement reduced from top 1 percentile to top 20 percentile.
IISER Aptitude Test Cutoff
The candidates’ Class (10+2) marks should be within the cut-off of various boards (generally, top 20 percentile). When the cut off for boards are unavailable, cut-off scores of the CBSE board will be applicable. Additionally, for admission to the engineering program through the JEE-Advanced channel, candidates with a minimum of 75% marks for GEN/PWD/OBC-NCL and 65% marks for SC/ST/PWD in class XII or equivalent exam is required. IAT Previous Year Cut off
IISER Aptitude Test previous year cutoff is released by IISER officially. Candidates can refer this while filling the aptitude test for IISER various programs.
Cutoff for JEE Channel
In 2029 IISER Aptitude Test cut off for JEE channel (general category) was within 10000 ranks in the CRL (Common Rank List) of JEE Advanced examination.

IISER Result 2022
Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research will release IISER 2022 result through online mode. IISER Result will be out on 1st week of June 2022. Candidates can check their result by entering Email Id and Password. After checking the result, qualified candidates can attend the counselling and another admission process.
IISER Admission Process 2022
IISER Admission process is supposed to be started from 22 June 2022 (SCB), 05 June 2022 (KVPY) & 11 June 2022 (JEE Advanced). IISER 2022 counselling will be conducted in online mode. Candidates seeking admission through KVPY & JEE channel have to fill the application form based on which seats will be allotted to candidates.
For SCB channel, candidates must have to qualify the aptitude test. After that, applicants will be called for counselling based on cut off marks set by the institute. After the seat allotment, candidates can download their call letters from the website. Candidates have to report to the allotted institutes along with some document and fees to confirm their admission.
