Documents Required for IPU CET 2022 Counselling

Candidates have to bring the following documents on the day of counselling for IPU CET 2022 for verification:

• High School/Higher Secondary Certificate for verification of date of birth
• Certificate in support of educational qualification: MBBS Degree
• Detailed marks certificate of qualifying examinations: I, II & Final Professional examination of MBBS
• The compulsory rotatory internship certificate
• Registration Certificate from Delhi Medical Council/ State Medical Council/ Medical Council of India
• MD/MS/DNB Examination attempt certificate (in case of SSMC only)
• Proof of writing a thesis in case of the candidate has DNB course (in case of SSMC only)
• Original Caste Certificate (in case of PGMC only, if applicable)
• Character Certificate from where the qualifying examination was passed
• Physically Challenged Certificate (in case of PGMC only, if applicable)
• Employer’s Certificate and a No Objection Certificate (NOC), if employed (in the prescribed format)
• Admit Card
• Bank Draft of the prescribed fee
• Bond on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/-filled and signed by two sureties (other than relatives) in the prescribed format. (The bond value will be notified together with the detailed counselling schedule)
• “Declaration by the Candidate”.
• “NEET Score Card”( only for medical admission)

IPU CET 2022 Counselling Procedure

Candidates can read the given below section to know the complete IPU CET 2022 counselling procedure:

1. Counselling Fee Payment

Firstly the candidates have to pay the counselling fee to register themselves for a counselling session. The candidate has to visit the official website i.e ipu.ac.in and then click on the link “payment of counselling participation fees”. Then enter the CET roll no and date of birth. 

Candidate has to pay the amount of Rs 1000/- as a counselling fee.

Fee can be paid via both online and offline mode via:

• Cash Payment at any branch of Indian Bank.
• Net banking/Credit Card/Debit Card.

2. Registration

After the fee payments candidates have to register themselves on the website. Applicants have to enter the CET details for IPU CET 2020 Counselling Registration. Then the candidate has to enter the personal details, academic details and contact details for further process. 

3. Choice Filling

After the registration candidate has to fill the choice of institute according to their preference. 

4. Seat Allotment

If the candidate is found to be eligible in the verification round then the seat will be allotted to them based on the CET Merit list, choices submitted and the vacancies of seats.

5. Freezing of Allotted Seat

If the candidates will be satisfied with the allotted seat, then they have to freeze their allotted seat by clicking on the freezing option available.

6. Withdrawal and Refund of fee after online Rounds of Counselling

In case candidates are not satisfied with the allotted seat then they can withdraw their counselling fee. Withdrawal option can be requested online in the candidate’s login ID  within provided dates.

After first and second round of counselling, the procedure for withdrawal will be notified in the counselling schedule. the amount of Rs 1000/- will be deducted and refund will be carried out accordingly for suitable cases.

IPU CET 2022 Seat Allotment

IPU CET 2022 seat allotment will be done based on the merit list prepared by the authority according to respective category and region. Applicants who have not paid the counselling participation fee will not be considered for allotment of seat.

Candidates can check the Seat Allotment Result through their account login given during the registration process.

• Candidate must take a print of the provisional Allotment Letter of seat allotted to them.
• The option of printing the Letter will be available only for the specific round, within the specified period.
• After the allotment of seat, the candidates will have to pay the part Academic Fee to confirm the allotment of seat and participation in the counselling round, failing which, the candidate will loose any claim to the allotted seat and then the candidate will not be considered further rounds of counselling.
