It offers to counsel for JCECEB – Post Graduate Medical Admission Test (PGMAT) - 2022 / Post Graduate Dental (MDS) – 2022 to students who aim to obtain admission in Post Graduate and Dental courses in diverse colleges of Jharkhand.

Residential Criteria:
- The candidate should be an Indian Citizen and a local resident of Jharkhand.
- Candidates enrolled in any institute in Bihar before the creation of Jharkhand are also eligible for Jharkhand PG Medical Admission 2022.
- Non Resident Indian (NRI) who has completed their MBBS degree from any medical college of Jharkhand is also considered eligible.
- The candidates whose parents (father/mother) are permanent employees of the United Nations Organisation and are currently posted within the Jharkhand state are eligible.
Educational Criteria:
- Admission is purely based on NEET PG 2022 scores.
- Candidates with permanent registration with Bihar/Jharkhand State Medical Council (SMC) or Medical Council of India (MCI) are eligible.
- The candidates must have completed the Rotating Internship or likely to complete the same by 31-March-2022. A candidate who has not completed the 12 month Rotating Internship may be allowed to appear for PGMAT on a provisional basis, however completion of Rotating Internship before the date of Counselling/ Interview for PGMAT is a must.
Age Criteria:
- There is no age limit for appearing in PGMAT.
No objection Certificate:
- A candidate in employment either in Government or else-where will be allowed to appear for the test only if he produces a certificate of “No Objection” from his employer with the condition that if selected he will be granted study leave to pursue the course.
However, the candidates who are employees of Govt. of Jharkhand shall be issued admit card provisionally in the absence of such “No Objection” certificate. But after selection, they will have to either produce relieving certificate from their controlling officer, or furnish an undertaking/affidavit that in case they are selected they shall resign from the service and undertake the same on full time.
Such undertaking/affidavits are to be filed along with the application form and the relieving letter by the employer to be submitted on or before the date of admission.
Physical Criteria:
- Medical check-up of candidates for admission in all courses will be done by the Board or Institution and after check-up, only fit candidates will be treated as eligible for admission.
Reservation Criteria:
- Reservation - Up-to-date Reservation Policies/Rules of Government of Jharkhand will be applicable. Certificate issued by anyone other than Circle Officer/ Sub Divisional Officer – (Civil) or Dy. Commissioner of Jharkhand State shall not be entertained and will lead to rejection of his/her claim. No other document in support or lieu of caste is entertained. Caste Certificate produced by BC – I and BC – II candidates claiming reservation in their category will be accepted only if he/she does not belong to any creamy layer & it should be mentioned clearly in their caste certificates.
