JEMAT 2022 Exam Pattern: Mode, Marking Scheme, Questions, Exam Duration

JEMAT 2022 Exam Pattern is set by the examination authority. Every year, JEMAT is held at West Bengal's Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT). Candidates must be familiar with the JEMAT test pattern 2022 in addition to the JEMAT syllabus. The exam scheme provides aspirants with the format and level of difficulty of the exam.

JEMAT 2022 Exam Pattern

The Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology conducts JEMAT every year for admission to PG programmes offered by West Bengal's government and private management institutions. JEMAT 2022 is an offline (pen and paper) exam that will take place in July 2022. (Tentative). Let’s now look into the exam pattern that being followed: -

Subjects/Sections

There are three subjects in the question paper:

  1. English
  2. Logical Reasoning
  3. Mathematics
Total no. of questions
  1. The exam contains a total of 100 questions.
  2. There are 40 problems in each of the general English and mathematics sections. The Logical Reasoning part, on the other hand, has 20 questions.
Marking Criteria
  1. Each question is awarded with 1 point.
  2. If a candidate is answering any question wrongly, then 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
Exam Duration

The test will take 60 minutes to complete (1 Hour).

How should I prepare for the JEMAT 2022 exam?

The JEMAT is a well-known online entrance exam for MBA admissions. As a result, applicants who plan to take the exam should begin studying early. Here are some preparation ideas that can assist applicants in strategizing and preparing for the JEMAT 2022 exam.

  1. Begin by reviewing the exam pattern and syllabus. It is the most crucial step in the planning process. Take down the syllabus and begin studying based on the level of difficulty.
  2. Make a list of all the major chapters that have the most weightage in previous year's question papers.
  3. Make it a goal to finish one topic per day. Finish your revision by taking mock tests or practising with sample papers.
  4. Make a list of the key terms and formulas so you can review them quickly.
  5. Solve prior year's exam papers to familiarise yourself with the question pattern and difficulty level.
  6. Keep a month in your hand for revising each topic and do not wait till the last moment.
