In this case, the board's decision is definitive. A request for a change of allocated centre will not be considered under any circumstances. Important Instructions for WBJEE JENPAS UG 2023
The following are some instructions that candidates should remember on the day of the exam:
- Late entry will not be permitted, thus students are recommended to arrive at the exam hall an hour before the exam begins.
- To avoid any inconvenience on exam day, find out the exact location of your exam centre and how to get there ahead of time.
- The question books will be supplied well ahead of time before the test. Remove the OMR sheet from the question booklet without breaking the seals and check that the number on the OMR sheet matches the number on the question booklet. If this is not the case, request that the supervisor replace the entire set of the same series.
- Sign the test paper with your signature on top of it.
- Pay close attention to the directions in the OMR and on the cover of the question booklet.
- On the OMR, write the question number and the list number in the proper areas. The board is not liable if the questionnaire number and function number are entered incorrectly, resulting in an OMR rejection or inaccurate evaluation. Candidates are not permitted to rewrite their answers if they make a mistake. Request that the supervisor cross it out and retype the proper numbers and signature.
- The bubbles corresponding to the questionnaire number and the roll number should be darkened.
- It is not permitted to discuss any issue with the supervisor.
- Candidates might complete preliminary work in the questionnaire's space.
- Until the exam is finished, no candidate may leave her seat without the proctor's permission.
- At the conclusion of the test, no applicant will leave the room, and the supervisor will collect and count all OMRs.
- After the test, candidates are welcome to bring their question book.
- If a candidate is discovered to be impersonating another person, he will be arrested and the original candidate's candidacy would be revoked immediately.
- Candidates must follow the COVID19 procedures for social distance and other COVID19 recommendations.
