JIPMER BSc Entrance Exam 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must read the JIPMER B.Sc entrance exam Eligibility Criteria 2022 before applying. The conditions are as follows.

• The candidate should be a citizen of India.

• Applicants must have attained the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31 December 2020, the year of his/her admission to the 1st year B.Sc. Courses.
• There is no upper age limit

• The Higher / Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination equivalent to 10+2 Higher / Senior Secondary Examination, the last two years of such study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology and with English or Higher Secondary Examination (+2) Vocational Stream with Medical Laboratory Assistant or any equivalent examination.
• The applicant must have passed the above-mentioned subjects with a minimum of 50% individually & taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology at the qualifying examination.
• For candidates belonging to the SC / ST or Other Backward Classes / PwD minimum, the mark should be 40%.
• For PwD candidates in a general category, the minimum marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Botany & Zoology taken together in the qualifying examination is 45%.

JIPMER B.Sc 2022 Application Form

Applicants can fill the application form through online mode only. No other mode of application will be accepted.

• The registration form can be filled on the official website of the JIPMER only.
• Before going through the form filling process must read the prospectus and instructions carefully. 
• Applicants must provide valid details in the form, like name, address, phone number, email ID etc.
• Must note down the username and password to be used in future.
• The documents should be uploaded as per the guidelines prescribed by the authority in the prospectus.
• Fee payment is a must to complete the form.
• No change in the form will be entertained after its submission. In such a case, have to apply afresh before the closing date.
• The form should be complete in all respect else it may get cancelled without any prior information.
• Mere completion of “REGISTRATION FOR PAYMENT” does not confer the right for the issue of Hall Ticket.
• Aspirants are advised to keep a hard copy of the filled application form for future references.

Documents Required to Fill JIPMER B.Sc 2022 Application Form 

Candidates should upload the scanned copies of the following documents while filling the form:

• Scanned Copy of Essential Academic Qualifications and Matriculation Certificate (Xth/XIIth Marksheet)showing Date of Birth and other relevant details.
• Scanned Copy of the Photograph & Signature of the Candidate.
• Scanned copy of community/OPH certificate issued by the competent authority.
• A Scanned copy of Valid Photo ID Proof as asked.

The photograph must be taken with a placard held by the candidate indicating the name of the candidate and date of taking photograph.

How to Apply for JIPMER B.Sc 2022 Entrance Exam?

Candidates are advised to read the eligibility criteria before filling in the application form. Follow the below-mentioned steps to apply for JIPMER B.Sc entrance exam 2022:

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the official website https://www.jipmer.edu.in/
• Click on “Apply online for JIPMER B.Sc./M.Sc./ M.P.H./ P.G.D./P.G.F./Ph.D./ P.B.D. Courses Admission - 2022”.
• Then enter details Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Date of Birth details.
• Thereafter, Login Credentials (User ID and Password) and Login Link will be sent to the registered Email and Mobile Number.
• Candidate must check his/her Email Inbox, Junk mail and Spam after registration to get Login Credentials.

Step 2: Log in

• Click on the login link received via Email.
• And then enter the User ID and Password to login to fill the form.

Step 3: Click “Edit” to fill Registration Form

• After login in to the account, click on the “Edit” button which is available at the right top corner.
• Fill in all the details asked like all personal, educational details, parents details, etc. and click submit to proceed.
• Upload the Photograph and Signature
• Upload the community certificate/EWS Certificate (if applicable)
• Upload the PwD (Persons with Disability) Certificate (If applicable)

Step 4: Payment

• The candidate would be redirected to the payment gateway after uploading the documents. Candidates will have to pay the pay category wise fee as given below:

Fees once submitted will not be refunded by the conducting body in any case.

• Net Banking.
• Credit Card.
• Debit Card.

Step 5: Final Application page

After successful payment, the candidate can take a printout/save his/her application form for his/her future reference.
