The students must be of Indian descent (Any ID proof approved by the State or Central Government will be considered valid by the authorities).

There are no age restrictions for applicants taking the Kerala MCA 2022 test; any age will be regarded acceptable.

• All applicants in the general category must have received a minimum of 50 percent in their bachelor's degree, with SEBC and physically disabled students receiving 45 percent. A passing grade in the degree examination is adequate for SC and ST applicants. At the time of admission, all candidates must provide their authentic degree certificate as well as the whole mark sheet from the qualifying test.
• A Bachelor's degree with Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science/Computer Applications/Engineering and Technology as a Main/Subsidiary/Core subject with a minimum of 3 years duration (after 10+2) is required.

There is no limit or restriction on the number of attempts applicants can make to pass the examination; applicants can apply for the Kerala MCA examination as many times as they like.
