The following are the steps that the candidates must follow to download the Kerala Polytechnic Results 2022.

Kerala Polytechnic Results 2022 Tie-Breaking Criteria
When the marks scored by two or more candidates are the same, then the authorities consider the tie-breaking process to merit rank for those candidates and then the final Kerala polytechnic result 2022 will be declared.
Tie-breaking criteria for Stream 1
- A candidate who has scored a higher Average Grade Point (AGP) in Mathematics will be given preference.
- A candidate who has scored a higher Average Grade Point (AGP) in Physics will be given preference. In case, if physics is not a separate subject then AGP for science will be considered.
- A candidate who has scored a higher Average Grade Point (AGP) in English will be given preference (Average Point of different papers if more than one paper is included for the subject in the qualifying exam).
- If the authority is still failing to prepare a merit rank list, then the candidate who will be older will be placed higher.
Tie-breaking Criteria for Stream 2
- A candidate who has scored a higher Average Grade Point (AGP) in Mathematics will be given preference. (AGP of different papers will be considered if two or more papers will be included for the subjects in the qualifying examination)
- If the authority is still failing to prepare a merit rank list, then a candidate who will be older will be placed higher.
Kerala Polytechnic 2022 Rank List
The preparation of the rank list of Kerala Polytechnic 2022 is described below.
- The rank list of Stream 1 programs will be prepared based on the Index Score for Stream I calculated and the allotment will be done completely based on the rank list for these programs.
- The rank list of Stream 2 programs will be prepared based on Index Score for Stream 2 calculated and the allotment will be done completely based on the rank list for these programs.
- Resolution of Tie while ranking – For the resolution of Tie in both the streams, a candidate with higher WGPA1 in the stream will be concerned a higher place.
