KSID or
Kerala State Institute of Design Aptitude Test for UG & PG Admission, KSID 2022, will be held in the months of July & August, respectively, by Kerala State Institute of Design. The KSID administers the DAT in order to enrol qualified applicants in design programmes for IT Integrated Communication Design, Integrated Lifestyle Product Design, Integrated Textile & Apparel Design, and Integrated Textile & Apparel Design in the postgraduate diploma programmes listed below. All courses last 30 months and are divided into 5 semesters, with 10 seats available in each discipline. The examination is given once a year at the university level. KSID 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality
Candidates of Indian nationality are eligible to apply.
Qualifications Required
Candidates must have a degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognised Institute or university. Candidates with appropriate professional experience (in any subject) are preferred.
Marks Required
Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 55 percent in the qualifying examination.
Eligibility criteria for appearing candidates
Candidates who have appeared in the final semester exams are eligible to apply.
Age Limit
Candidates should not be older than 40 years old.
NOTE
- The test/examination/interview for admission will be conducted by the authority in accordance with the guidelines established by the Kerala government.
- Reservation seats at KSID for each course are 6 for Open Merit, 3 for SEBC, and 1 for SC/ST.
KSID 2022 Admit Card
The KSID entrance 2022 admit card can be downloaded at the institute's official website. The hall ticket must be brought to the examination hall as identification. The following information will be printed on the admit card/hall ticket:
- Candidate's Full Name
- Exam Schedule
- Name of the exam centre
- Name of the exam
Applicants must bring the following identification and evidence of identity to the exam venue, in addition to their admit card:
- Aadhar Card/ PAN Card/Voter Id
- Marksheets of qualified degree
- Birth Certificate
KSID 2022 Result
Kerala State Institute of Design 2022 results will be available on the official website. Candidates can view the results there. The outcome will provide a list of qualified candidates for the Studio Test and Interview, as well as a list of selected applications for admission. The following are further details about KSID 2022:

- Candidates will be invited to take the Design Aptitude Test.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the KSID campus for a studio test and interview.
- The final rank list of qualifying candidates and the waiting list would be displayed based on the applicants' performance in the studio test and interview.
- Each course has a total of ten seats available.
While admission will be based on the KSID's process, the reservation principle as specified by the Kerala government and as changed from time to time shall apply.
Note: If no suitable applicants are discovered in any of the following cases, the seats will be assigned to candidates from the open category.
