Type | Eligibility Criteria |

Type A | (i) Candidates passing SSC & HSC from a recognized institution in Maharashtra State; (ii) A candidate who is either Domicile of Maharashtra and/or is born in Maharashtra |
Type B | A candidate who does not fall in Type-A above, but who or whose father or mother is domiciled in the State of Maharashtra & possesses a Domicile Certificate. |
Type C | A candidate who does not fall in either Type-A or Type-B but whose father or mother is an employee of the Government of India or Government of India Undertaking and who has been posted & reported to duty in Maharashtra State before the last date for submission of Application Form for CAP. |
Type D | A candidate who does not fall in any of the above Type-A, Type B & Type-C but whose Father or Mother is an employee or retired employee of the Government of Maharashtra or Government of Maharashtra Undertaking |
Type E | Candidates passing SSC and/or HSC Examination from a recognized institution located in a disputed Maharashtra Karnataka Border Area or from Maharashtra, residing in the disputed Maharashtra Karnataka Border Area and whose Mother tongue is Marathi. |

Backward class candidates must claim the category to which they belong at the time of submission of application for the Common Entrance Test exam.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has released the MAH AAC CET 2023 Admit Card on the official website. The hall ticket will be mandatory in the examination hall.

The exam will be conducted in both Offline & Online mode by the Competent Authority. The candidate must appear for all the papers in the Offline & Online sessions of the Entrance Examination.

The answer key for MAH AAC CET 2023 is released by the authority after the successful conduction of the exam. The key of answers contains the correct answers to the question which would be asked in the examination, and candidates can check the answers marked by them in the examination. However, with the help of the key the candidates cannot analyze their marks because only one paper is Objective and only for that, the answer key will be released.
In case of any grievances/objections, candidates can object by paying the challenging fee and submitting the supporting documents. Based on challenges, the committee prepares a final answer key to compile the result/merit list.
The conducting body will declare the MAH AAC CET 2023 Result on the official website soon after the exam. The authority will invite applications for admission after verification of documents and eligibility & will publish the Merit Lists as per the Rules. The appearing candidates will be able to download the scorecard from the official website. The scorecard will have the details of the entrance exam.
