Educational requirements
- To appear in the test, the candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate examination or (10+2) or its equivalent certification from a recognised university.
- They must pass the qualifying examination with a minimum of forty-five percent of the total marks (Fourty percent for applicants from the SC/ ST category).
Age requirements
- Applicants must be under the age of twenty to apply.
- Within the higher age limit, reserved class candidates have been awarded a two-year age relaxation.
