NSI Admission Test 2023 Exam Status

Candidates can check the NSI Admission Test 2023 exam status from the below table:

• NSI Admission 2023 Application Form will be released on 11 April 2023. The last date to apply is 27 May 2023.
• NSI Admission Test 2023 is scheduled to be held on 26 June 2023.

Before filling the form the applicants must check their eligibility. The candidates can know the details about the NSI Kanpur Application Form 2023 from the below list:

• The application form will be released online from 11 April 2023.
• Multiple forms will lead to the rejection of forms. Hence, the applicants are advised to fill one form only.
• Before filling the application form the candidates are advised to go through the instructions carefully.
• Also must check the eligibility for the entrance exam. While checking the Student  Registration Number will be generated.
• After this, the candidate will receive a computer-generated filled in application form in pdf format (One office copy & other student copy).
• The interested candidates will need to fill in personal details, academic details, etc.
• After filling the form download it & send it to the conducting body along with the documents:
  • Self-attested Passport size Photograph
  • Self-Attested copy of the certificate as proof for Date of birth. 
  • Demand draft towards the application fees (not required for foreign category candidate), etc.
• The candidates can download the receipt of the filled application form from the NSI Kanpur site.
• Must keep it safely for future use.

• Self-attested Passport size Photograph pasted on plain paper
• Self Attested copy of the certificate as proof of Date of birth.
• Demand draft towards the application fees
• Self Attested copies of the mark sheets. (For each Year / Semester of B.Sc./B.E., etc.)
• Original copy of the Nomination Form generated from NSI website at the time of submission of the form (Compulsory for SBCC only)
• For S.C./S.T. category candidates, a Self-attested copy of the certificate from the appropriate authority in the rank of D.M./Collector/S.D.M./Tehsildar, with a legible seal should be submitted.
• For OBC (NCL) category candidates, a self-attested copy of the certificate from the appropriate authority in the rank of D.M./Collector/S.D.M./Tehsildar, with a legible seal should be submitted. The Certificate should be issued after March 31, 2019.
• For EWS category candidates, a self-attested copy of the certificate from the appropriate authority in the rank of D.M./Collector/S.D.M./Tehsildar, with a legible seal should be submitted. The Certificate should be issued after March 31, 2019.
• For candidates belonging to the ‘Rural Category’, the certificate must be given in the prescribed form generated from the NSI website at the time of submission of the form.
• For candidates belonging to the ‘Defence Category’, are required to submit a self-attested copy of the certificate from Secretary, Kendriya Sainik Board, Delhi/Secretary, Rajya/Zila Sainik Board /Officer In-charge, Records office/Ist Class Stipendary Magistrate.
• For candidates belonging to Persons with Disabilities, the self-attested copy of the certificate should be on the letterhead duly signed by the Chief Medical Officer with a seal.
• Experience certificates should be submitted on the official letterhead of the Factory only. [Compulsory for SBCC &CCSPMM only].

The  NSI Admission Test Admit Card 2023/hall ticket will be released in May 2023. The applying candidates can download the admit card for NSI Admission Test from the official website. It is necessary to carry to appear in the exam. The admit card will have the details like the Candidate's name, Exam centre, Timing of the exam, etc. The candidates will need to carry the following documents along with the admit card for the verification purpose:

• Aadhar Card/ PAN Card/Voter Id/Passport, etc

NSI Admission 2023 Selection Procedure and Seat Intake

Candidates can check the number of seats in the course offered at the National Sugar Institute, Kanpur. Selection of Indian candidates is done based on Admission Test/Personal Interview. However, Foreign category candidates are not required to take an entrance examination and admission to the below-mentioned courses is done based on first come first serve. The merit of Foreign category candidates for admission is based on the subject to fulfilling the essential educational qualification & other conditions.
