Application for PGMAC Ayurveda 2022 can be submitted in online mode only. Students can check the details below for filling online Application Form:

• It is essential to have a mobile number and a unique email id.
• Once the registration details (Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s name, gender and date of birth) are entered and submitted can’t be changed under normal circumstances.
• Do not attempt to fill any duplicate application or his/her candidature may be canceled.
• Do not share the application number, password, security question/answer with anyone.
• Upload scanned copy of photograph and signature.
• Keep copies of the confirmation page, admit card safe.

PGMAC Ayurveda 2022 Application Fee 

After filling all the necessary details must not forget to pay application or counseling Fee as without payment, an Application form will remain incomplete and candidature may be canceled so Students can check the Application Fee in the table below

Mode of Payment:

Students can pay the Counselling Fees through online mode only and no other mode of payment is accepted.

• Online mode: When paying Online, the Application fee can be paid via Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.

PGMAC Ayurveda 2022 Documents Required 

Aspirants must bring the below-mentioned documents at the time of Counselling.

• Passport size photographs (Six)
• Admit Card and Rank Card of AIAPGET-2022
• Caste Certificate
• Residential Proof/Certificate
• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Intermediate/ 10+2 / equivalent exam
• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Matric / equivalent exam
• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet and Admit Card of BHMS Degree
• Printed Copy of Online Application Form

How to fill the PGMAC Ayurveda 2022 Application Form?

• The candidate has to register by filling the application form which is available on the computer screen.
• While filling the application form the candidate should fill the correct contact details to get the latest updates regarding counseling.
• The "ACTIVATION CODE" will be also provided on the contact details you have provided to activate your account.
• After filling the contact details the candidate has to click on the button  “Activate Your Account” and enter the email_id and Activation code to activate his / her account and then click on the submit button.
• After activating the account sign in with the email-id and password you have submitted. The email-id given by the candidate will be used as his/her username.

• Login with the credentials(user Id and password) in the login window.

• After sign-in, the candidate has to fill the required entries regarding personal information. Then click on the “Save & Continue” button.

• After completing the personal information the candidate has to upload his / her passport size photograph and full signature.
• Click on the “Save & Continue” button.
• The photograph should be of high contrast with a candidate name and snapping date. The scanned signature should not be in capital letters.
• The signature can be done both in Hindi and English.
  Note: Essential features of the photograph:
• The photograph must be recently taken so that it matches the candidate’s physical features.
• The background of the photograph should be of very light color.
• Do not upload low-quality images.
• The face of the candidate should be clearly visible.

• After completing with the uploading process of scanned photo and signature the candidate should enter his / her educational information and then click on “Save & Continue” button

• Before coming to the payment page the candidate should verify with the information provided in the application form.

• After submitting the application form, the candidate will move on the payment process and should click the “Proceed to Payment” button and complete the procedure according to instructions given on the computer screen.

• After successful submission of the fee download the ‘Confirmation Page’ and keep it for future reference. Once the payment is complete, Candidates are advised to keep the fee receipt, confirmation page safe for future reference.

• After completing the payment process the candidate must download Hard Copy (Part-A & and Part-B) of online submitted Application Form and keep the same safely in his/her possession.
• The form contains all information provided by the candidate and will be useful for further use during counseling.
