RIMC stands for Rashtriya Indian Military College. Only males in the eighth grade are eligible for admission to Rashtriya Indian Military College. Candidates must pass the written exam and the interview stage in order to be considered for admission to RIMC. The test is conducted on a national level. The exam will be held in two sessions, one in July and the other in January. Only those boys who have completed the seventh grade will be considered for admission to RIMC. Application for RIMC 2023
In the second week of July, the application form for RIMC 2023 was closed. Candidates who submit their application forms before the deadline are eligible to take the exam.
Candidates can obtain a prospectus, application form, and a booklet of previous question papers from the Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC), Garhi Canttt, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, Pin-248003.
The following online and offline ways are available to obtain the application form.
Online Mode: Candidates can download the prospectus and application form for RIMC 2023 as well as a booklet of former question papers from the RIMC official website for a fee of Rs. 600/- for general students and Rs. 555/- for SC or ST candidates. Candidates will receive everything by fast post after paying the payment.
Demand Draft: Candidates who wish to pay by demand draught may submit a written request together with a demand draught in the amount of Rs. 600/- for general candidates and Rs. 555/- for SC or ST candidates, along with their cast certificate. The demand draught should be written in the name of "The Commandant RIMC Dehradun," Drawee Branch, State Bank of India (SBI), Tel Bhavan, Dehradun (Band Code-01576), Uttarakhand. Candidates must ensure that the address, including the pin code and contact number, is typed, or written properly in capital letters.
Documents to be submitted with the RIMC Application 2023
The documents that candidates must submit with their RIMC application form are listed below.
1. Candidates must sign below the photograph in the box on the application form where it is fastened.
2. Original school studying certificate with a photograph confirmed by the principal, showing the class in which, the candidate is enrolled and the candidate's age according to school records.
3. The tiny envelope you'll find in the application form is for the admit card. Make a note of your mailing address. Affixed a postage stamp for 40 rupees. The authority will return you through fast post.
4. Send a photocopy of a candidate's Domicile Certificate that has been attested by a class 1 official. Officer with a Gazette
5. The student should also send two passport-size photographs, which must be signed on the reverse side by the candidate.
6. Send copies of birth certificates for MCD and Class 1 Gazetted officers to verify.
RIMC 2023 Admit Card
1. To appear in the written test, the different state governments will issue an admit card.
2. Candidates' information such as name, address, photograph, signature, and roll number will be published on the admit card.
3. The admit card will also provide information about the exam, such as the date, time, and location.
4. Candidates should take a printout of their admit card and bring it to the exam centre on exam day.
5. Those who pass the written exam will receive a second call letter for the interview/viva-voce.
