RPVT Counselling 2023: Registration Date (Extended), Documents

RPVT 2023 Counselling

• All the candidates will be required to register themselves to take part in the counseling round and also submit the counseling fee  
• Qualified students must compulsorily take the original copy of the documents mentioned below with them on the counseling day for the document verification process.

Documents Required for RPVT Counselling 2023

1. Two identical color photographs with name and date of taking photograph. The photograph should be the same as uploaded for an online application form
2. Printout of RPVT 2023 Online Application Form. 
3. Admit card/hall ticket of RPVT 2023
4. A hard copy of the RPVT 2023 Marks sheet.
5. Copy of Online Counselling Registration application submitted on the university website for admission under state quota seats.
6. Mark sheet & Certificate of Senior Secondary or equivalent recognized Examination.
7. Mark sheet of 10+1 class.
8. Mark sheet and Certificate of Secondary or equivalent recognized Examination.
9. Character Certificate issued from the school/college last attended.
10. Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority, as applicable. The undertaking will be given by the candidate regarding his/her caste (format to be issued at the time of counseling)
11. Domicile Certificate of Rajasthan State.
12. The candidate claiming admission under the physically handicapped category must bring compulsorily the certificate showing his/her physical disability bearing his/her photograph on it, issued only by a statutory Medical Board constituted by the authority of any Govt. Medical College of Rajasthan following instructions as mentioned in clause 3 (vi)
13. The income certificate of parents employed issued by the employer, as proof of Non-Creamy Layer status, should be produced at the time of counseling along with the original Non-creamy layer OBC Certificate to verify the claim of a seat under these categories by the Applicant.
14. An income certificate from the competent District Revenue Authority is produced in case the parents are not filing any income tax.
15. University copy of Bank challan concerning counseling registration fees.
16. Transfer Certificate of the last Institute
17. Migration Certificate issued by last Board /University 

• A Letter / Document in Original signed by the Principal / Dean mentioning the exact date of admission and list of the original certificate retained in that College/ Institution.
• The fee receipt for the admission issued by the college in Original.
• Attested photocopies of all Certificates retain in that college are to be submitted.
• The candidate will have to deposit Rs. 5,000/- in cash as security money which will be refunded, if he/she deposits the original documents within a period of two weeks failing which this amount will be forfeited and his/her claim for the seat offered in the counseling will stand canceled automatically.
