RUET 2023 Application Form: Eligibility, Fees, Exam Dates, How to Apply?

Interested applicants must keep in mind below mentioned important instructions before filling the RUET 2023 application form:

• Candidates must apply on the official website only.
• The applicants can apply in both the modes online and offline.
• To apply offline & online, the candidate will have to create a user name and password by registering for RUET 2023.
• Upload the scanned copy of photographs, signature, and other documents like category certificate (if applicable), PwD certificate (if applicable).
• Candidates must check the application status continuously whether their online application form is received, under scrutiny, accepted, defective, status after rectification, Rejected with valid reason.
• Application fees will be paid through any of the electronic payment modes or offline mode.

Below mentioned are the details to be filled in the Application Form:

• Personal information (name, date of birth, personal mobile number, parents’ name, parents’ mobile number, etc.). Please note that the name of the candidate in the online application form must exactly be the same as per the qualifying degree certificate.

• Eligibility degree details.
• College name and address with PIN code.

• Choice of Exam Center

Following are the documents that will be needed in the application form:

• A High-quality image of the candidate’s color photograph.
• A High-quality image of the candidate's signature conforming to the requirements specified.
• Qualified exam certificates
• High School and Intermediate level certificates
• PWD certificate (if applicable)

Candidates have to pay the application fee after the application form is filled. The registration for RUET 2023 will be completed only after paying the application fee along with the form. The candidates can check the details regarding the RUET 2023 Application Fees below:

• The candidates applying for RUET 2023 will have to pay Rs 1000/- as registration fees (applicable to all category candidates).

• By Cash- Fees can be deposited as cash only at the Kanpur campus.
• By Demand Draft - Fees can also be deposited by demand draft drawn in favor of “Rama University”, payable at Kanpur / New Delhi.
• By Bank Transfer
• By Credit / Debit Card

Candidates must have to follow the given instruction while filling the RUET 2023 application form online:

• Applicants must visit the official website https://www.ramauniversity.ac.in/  to get access to the Application form.
• Candidates have to first register on the official website, by entering their name, valid email, a working mobile number, and a password.
• Applicants must not use anybody else email ID.
• Only one candidate can be registered with one email address.
• Candidates must give their own mobile number because all the information will also be sent via SMS.
• Enrollment ID of candidates will be sent on registered email id.
• Candidates must use their enrollment id along with the password for all RUET 2023 related exams.
• Those who want to apply offline can download the OMR Application Form from the official website itself.
• While sending the DD candidates must mention their names, student ID / Application no, and phone numbers at the back of the demand draft.

Candidates should fill the application form with utmost care as no editing would be made after a candidate submit the application form. Candidate must follow the steps given below to submit the application form properly:

• The applicants will have to visit the official website.
• The candidates will need to register themselves first.

After receiving the confirmation mail on your registered email ID, activate the account by clicking on the activation link, received in the email.

After that, the applicants will need to log into their account and complete the form

The candidates will need to upload the scanned images of the required documents.

The candidates will need to make the online payment via Credit Card/Debit Card.
