SAEEE 2023 Application Form: Registration, Fees, How to apply?

To apply for SAEEE 2023 Candidates must fill out the application form available at the official website of Sathyabama University. After the final submission, the University shall not provide the facilities for candidates to edit the information in the SAEEE 2023 application form. Therefore, it is recommended to review the specifics before eventually submitting the form. Candidates are advised to keep all authentic documentation ready with appropriate and up-to-date details when filling out the application form

• The candidate must have a valid email address while filling the application form.
• Upload the visible picture of the JPG / JPEG format colour passport size photo. 
• The signature should be 50 KB in black or blue. 
• Applicants must fill in the application form with basic details. Name, address, email address, cell phone number, etc.

• Applicants must receive a prospectus and a method of application form from the affiliated colleges.
• The name of the program to which the applicant applies should be indicated along with the Bank Demand draft

Candidates can complete the Sathyabama University application form in both online and offline mode. The process for applying is listed below.

• Candidates need to visit the official website of SAEEE first.
• By providing a valid email address, phone number, and password, candidates have to register themselves. If the registration is completed, the user will receive an SMS and an email containing the application number and password. 
• Applicants need to login and fill in the application form using the application number and password. 
• Please fill in all the application form fields and upload the images. 
• Complete the payment process of the application. Only after payment of the fee shall the application form be deemed complete. 

Application forms can also be obtained by post by submitting a letter of request (the mailing address of the candidate should be clearly indicated in capital letters with pin code, mobile phone number, and e-mail ID) along with a request for Rs. 650/- drawn up in favour of SATHYABAMA INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, payable at Chennai. This letter of request should be received by the Coordinator, Entrance Examination-2020, Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Jeppiaar Nagar, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Chennai-600 119, on or before 4 April 2020.

Following documents will be required while applying for the Sathyabama Institute of science and technology :

• 10th mark sheet
• 12th mark sheet
• Cast certificate (if any)
• Passport-sized photographs
• Personal Id proofs like Aadhar card

Applicants who have applied for the 2023 Satyabama University Entrance Exam (SAEEE) will be able to monitor their submission. To verify the status of the application form, students can enter the application number created while filling out the application. If the student does not recall the application number in this situation, he/she can send an e-mail to the concerned authority. Your e-mail ID (the e-mail ID entered by the applicants in the online datasheet) with your name, cell phone number, and date of birth to retrieve the application number.
