SBI CLERK 2023 Result
After the commencement of the prelims exam, SBI releases the result for the SBI clerk prelims result. Some important information related to SBI clerk prelims are as follows:
- Candidates can check the prelims result through sbi.co.in.
- The prelims result is published in PDF format. Candidates can search for their names/roll numbers with CTRL+F.
- The marks secured in the pre-exam is not added in the selection for SBI clerk.
- The scorecard will have all the details of the exam, viz; marks, name, etc.
- With that, the overall cutoff marks (category wise) to qualify for the examination is also provided.
- The candidate’s status of selection for the next round is conveyed through the SBI clerk scorecard.

Step 1: Visit the official website of SBI or SBI careers and find the link given to check the result.
Step 2: Click on the ‘career’ link to check SBI Clerk result 2023.
Step 3: Next step is to click on ‘Join SBI’. After clicking on the same, a drop-down list appears with the ‘current openings’ option. Click on that.
Step 4: Under the ‘recruitment of Junior Associates’ link to check result releases.
Step 5: Click on the link after which a login page will open. Candidates can check result either with the roll number or with the registration number.
SBI CLERK 2023 Selection Procedure
The selection procedure for SBI Clerk 2023 includes online examination – prelims and mains, and test for opted language. SBI releases sectional cut-offs for both – Clerk Preliminary and Mains Exam.
- SBI CLERK Prelims examination –
- Prelims examinations are conducted in online mode.
- Total of 100 questions is asked all are multiple-choice questions.
- Each section has specified exam timings.
- There are no minimum prescribed marks for individual test or sections.
- Applicants who qualify the prelims are eligible to apply for Mains.
- SBI CLERK Mains examination –
- Like the prelims exam, each section of the main exam has specified timings. There are 4 different sections that have MCQs.
- To appear in a language test, candidates have to secure the minimum qualifying marks.
- SBLI CLERK Language test –
- The language test is conducted to test the candidate’s local language knowledge.
- As mentioned earlier, candidates have to produce 10th or 12th certificate in support of language knowledge.
- If they do not have any mark sheet to state that they have studied the local language, then they have to take a test.
- Candidates who are not found proficient in the local language will be rejected.

Provisional and Final Result for SBI Clerk 2023
The marks secured by the candidate in preliminary examination is not considered for the final selection. Applicant’s performance in the main examination is considered for final result preparation. The provisional result releases online at the official website of SBI. The preparation of final merit list is based on aggregate marks of SBI Clerk 2023 main examination. The final result is prepared after the verification of the eligibility of the candidates. The selected candidates should be eligible for the post as per information provided in the application form.
SBI Clerk Scorecard 2023 for Prelims and Mains

SBI CLERK 2023 Waiting List
The authority will reserve the seats for those who will be listed in the waiting list.
- 50% of vacancies (State-category wise) will be maintained for the waitlist.
- Candidates will be appointed from this waitlist on a quarterly basis against non-joining and/or resignation by the candidates, out of the current batch only, subject to the candidates securing minimum qualifying marks as may be stipulated by the Bank for selection.
- This waitlist will be valid for a period of one year from the date of declaration of the final result.
