SRM JEEE Latest Updates

• The SRM Institute of Science and Technology will release the SRMJEEE 2024 phase 1 round 1 rank cards on April 28 at 11am.
• Candidates who have appeared for the SRMJEEE 2024 phase 1 round 1 exam can download their rank cards from the university website srmist.edu.in.
• SRMJEEE rank cards 2024 will contain important details such as the candidate's name, roll number, application number, percentile score, and rank.
• The round 1 choice-filling process for SRMJEEE 2024 will begin from April 29, and candidates will have to fill in their preferred choices.
• Candidates who have been allotted seats will have to pay the counselling fee by May 10.
• The seat allotment process for round 1 will begin from May 5.

SRMJEEE 2022 Counselling Procedure

Applicants must be aware of the counselling procedure to avoid inconvenience at the last moment. Candidates can read the below-given section to know about SRMJEEE 2022 counselling procedure in detail:

1. Reporting at the counselling centre

After the result declaration only qualified candidate will have to visit the allotted counselling centre along with the print of their call letter for counselling from the official website. All the information regarding counselling such as date and time will be mention in the counselling call letter.

2. Document verification.

The candidates have to bring the above-given documents in original along with photocopies to the counselling centre and applicants will not be allowed to participate in the counselling session without these documents. Candidates can check the list of documents given below-

• B.Tech Counseling call letter
• SRMJEEE 2022 Result
• Admit Card/Hall ticket of class 12th board examination
• Mark sheet of Class 10th as proof of date of birth
• Mark sheet of Class 12th or it’s equivalent (if results are announced)
• Photo ID proof (PAN, Aadhar, Passport) – Original for verification
• Cancelled cheque leaf with the name of the Candidate/Parent/GrandParent printed.
• Receipt(s) for payment made through EPay facility or Demand Draft.

3. Fee Payment

After the document verification candidates have to pay the prescribed fee for the confirmation of seat and acceptance of branch acceptance

4. SRM Seat Allotment 2022

Once the document verification is done the seat allotment process will be started by the university in which candidate will be allotted seat based on their rank and choices.

• Candidates must be physically present for the seat allotment.
• Provisional Allotment Letter will be issued after the payment of Rs. 2,10,000/- (which will include Registration cum Counselling Fee of Rs. 10,000/- and Part of first-year tuition Fee).
• Candidates have to pay the above amount before coming to the counselling venue, through the E-Pay facility.
• Payment information on E-pay will be made available in the candidate's dashboard.
