SUAT 2023 Application Form

The following are a few particulars about the SUAT 2023 application form:
  • The application form can be filled in both the online and offline mode. 
  • For the online mode of application, the candidates will have to fill the application form on the official website. 
  • For the offline mode of application, the candidates will have to visit the admission cell of Sharda University or Sharda counseling centers since all the communication shall happen through these.
  • The candidates will have to upload scanned copies of the candidate’s passport size photograph and signature.
  • The application fee for the examination can be paid in both online and offline mode. 
  • Application forms with incorrect or missing data shall directly be rejected. 
  • Candidates are advised to fill in all the details carefully and must keep multiple copies of the application form with them until the admission process gets completed. 

Documents Required to fill SUAT 2023 Application Form

The following documents are required while filling the application form for SUAT 2023:
  • Marks sheet of class 10th 
  • Marks sheet of class 12th 
  • Grade sheets of qualifying exam (if applicable separately)
  • Valid and working email ID and mobile number 
  • Scanned copies of the candidate’s passport size photograph 
  • Scanned copies of the candidate’s signature 

SUAT 2023 Application Fee

The application fee of SUAT 2023 can be paid in both online and offline modes. 
In the online mode: The application fee can be paid using credit cards, debit cards, and internet banking. 
In the offline mode: Candidates can pay the application fee by issuing a demand draft that must be drawn in favor of Sharda University payable at Greater Noida.

How to fill the SUAT 2023 Application Form?

The following is the step-by-step procedure to fill the SUAT 2023 application form:

1: Registration

This is the first step of the application process, so candidates should go through it carefully:

  • Candidates have to visit the Sharda University official website
  • Click on apply online on the website. 
  • The candidates will have to register using their name, email ID, and mobile number. 
  • Following this, an email with the login credentials shall be sent to the candidate. 
  • After receiving the login credentials, the candidates will have to log in and continue to fill the application form. 

2: Filling the Application Form

In this step, there are usually two modes for filling the application form:
Filling the application form in Online Mode

In the online mode, candidates have to click on the given links.

  • The candidates will have to fill in personal, educational, contact as well as correspondence details in the application form. 
  • Details such as name, date of birth, gender, nationality, mobile number, address, mobile number, etc. must be filled. 
  • The qualifying details such education details.
  • After filling in all the details, candidates will have to upload scanned copies of the candidate’s passport size photograph as well as signature. 
  • The uploaded files must be according to the requirements defined by the website.
  • After all the details are filled and documents are uploaded, candidates can proceed to pay the application fee. 
  • The application fee can be paid using credit cards, debit cards, or internet banking. 
  • It can also be paid by drawing a demand draft in favor of Sharda University payable at Greater Noida. 
  • Once the payment is completed, the candidates are advised to keep multiple copies of the filled-in application form until the admission process is completed.

3: Uploading the Documents

While uploading the documents, candidates must be kept in mind that the documents must be according to the requirements defined by the website.
  • Candidates will have to upload their properly scanned photographs and signatures.
  • A white background is only accepted in the photographs.
  • Signatures must be done in running writing only.
  • Signatures done in capital letters or from Gel pen shall not be acceptable.
  • Selfie photographs will not be entertained.
  • No Group photos are allowed.

4: Fee payment

The last step in the application form is the fee payment, so candidates must check the application form carefully before submitting the application fee:

  • The Application Fee for all the candidates is Rs 1200/-.
  • The Applicants can be paid the registration fee in both the mode, Online, and Offline.
  • In online mode, candidates can be paid through Debit card/ Credit card/ Net Banking.
  • In offline mode, Candidates can be paid by issuing a Demand Draft in favor of Sharda University payable at Greater Noida and send it to the proper address.
  • Once the payment is completed, the candidates are advised to keep multiple copies of the filled-in application form until the admission process is completed. 

How to fill SUAT 2023 Offline Application Form

For applying in the offline mode, the application form can be downloaded from the official website or obtained at the Sharda University admission cell and other Sharda Counselling centers. 
  • After getting the application form, all the details asked in the application form must be properly filled. 
  • The candidates need to fill their personal, educational, and contact details in the application form.
  • All the details must be filled in very carefully
  • After filling in the details, candidates are required to attach their passport size photograph and signature on the application form. 
  • After this, candidates can proceed to the payment of the application fee. 
  • The application fee can be paid by issuing a demand draft in favor of Sharda University payable at Greater Noida. 
  • The application form can be submitted at the admissions cell of Sharda University or the Sharda counseling centers. 
  • After completing all the details, candidates need to keep the photocopies of the application form until the admission procedure is not completed.

Important Point:                                               
The details once filled in the registration form of SUAT 2023 cannot be edited. Hence, candidates are required to fill in all the details carefully.  

SUAT 2023 Admit Card

The SUAT admit card 2023 will be released one week before the examination date through online mode on the official website. All the candidates are advised to carry the hardcopy of the admit card at the SUAT 2023 examination center. Without an admit card applicants will not be allowed in the SUAT exam hall. Candidates make sure that they don't carry any type of unwanted things.
