Guidelines for TNPPCAHS UG 2023 Entrance Exam
Applicants should know the following important guidelines about TNPPCAHS entrance exam:
- Candidates will have to come to the Examination Centre at their own expense.
- Candidates are advised to be present at the exam hall before the time which will be prescribed by the authority.
- They are required to be seated in their respective seats before the commencement of the examination.
- Candidates who will come late i.e after the start of the exam will not be allowed to appear.
- No candidate will be allowed to carry any text material printed or written, bits of paper, electronic and telecommunication devices like pagers, cellular phones, or electronic diary, etc., inside the Examination Hall.
- No candidate shall be allowed to leave the hall before the end of the examination.
- Candidates shall maintain strict silence. Any misconduct will entail forfeiture of the right to continue the Examination.
- His / Her Answer Sheet will not be considered for valuation.

TNPPCAHS Eligibility Criteria
Those candidates are going to fill the application form of TNPPCAHS; they must have to check their Eligibility Criteria before applying. The eligibility criteria details mentioned below for the candidates.
- The B.Pharm.Degree qualified candidates through Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University or any other University recognized as equivalent thereto by the Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University / Pharmacy Council can apply for admission.
- Applicants must have obtained not less than 55% for OC, BC, BCM, MBC and 50% for SC, SCA, and ST of the total marks obtained in all semester subject marks taken together in the B.Pharm.Degree course.
TNPPCAHS Exam Pattern
The Entrance Examination will be of the Undergraduate Level which will cover all subjects and will contain 125 objective type questions each with four responses (A B C D) in English. The exam pattern will be very helpful for the candidates and it is listed below.
- Each question will carry 1 (one), Mark.
- There will be NO NEGATIVE MARKS for incorrect responses.
- Zero marks will be given for questions not answered.
- When more than one answer is indicated or when it is illegible, no mark will be awarded for that question.
- The Maximum marks will be computed to 90.
- 125 objective type Question will be asked in the paper
TNPPCAHS Merit List 2023
On the official website of Tamil Nadu Private Professional Colleges Association Health Sciences, the merit list will publish and those applicants have obtained 90 marks for entrance examination + 10 marks for experience, they will be shortlisted in the merit list, which is for 100 marks. Applicants must have to contact college after publishing their names mentioned in the merit list. There will be NO Rechecking / Revaluation / Retotalling of answer sheets.
In case two or more candidates have obtained equal marks out of the total of 100 marks, then there will be an inter-se-merit option that will be determined through as follows.
- Marks obtained in the Entrance Examination.
- Least number of appearances in the final Semester of B.Pharm., Examination.
- Total marks obtained in the final Semester/ final year examination of B.Pharm course.
- Seniority in age will be given preference.
