ULSAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria is set by the exam conducting body - University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES). It is the main conducting authority of ULSAT 2023. ULSAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria – Age
There is no minimum or maximum age limit set by UPES to appear in ULSAT 2023.
ULSAT Eligibility Criteria 2023 (For different LLB programmes)

B.B.A.L.L.B with emphasis on Corporate Laws | Candidates need to have at least 50% marks in 10th and 12th class of 10+2 educational system. |

ULSAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria - For appearing candidates
Candidates who are appearing in the final year of the qualifying examination can also take part in ULSAT 2023. However, such candidates have to produce age verification in the form of their class 10th mark-sheet. Those candidates also need to produce all original documents/certificates at the time of counselling/admission.
Eligibility Criteria for Uttarakhand State Board Toppers Scholarships in LLB Program
UPES has announced separate eligibility criteria for Top 150 Uttrakhand State Board toppers. For those candidates, eligibility criteria are given below:
• Minimum 80% marks in each of X, XII class and PCM for B.Tech and 80% aggregate for BBA and Law in Class X & XII in UK State Board
• Merit order allotment of 1 seat per program.
• The seats reserved under this category will be within the 15% reservation for Uttarakhand Resident students.
• Should have “Sthai Niwas Praman Patra” (Permanent Residence Certificate)
• Students will be entitled only to 1 scholarship at a time (either through Uttarakhand Board Toppers or through Uttarakhand Resident category)
• Merit order allotment of 1 seat per program.
• The seats reserved under this category will be within the 15% reservation for Uttarakhand Resident students.
• Should have “Sthai Niwas Praman Patra” (Permanent Residence Certificate)
• Students will be entitled only to 1 scholarship at a time (either through Uttarakhand Board Toppers or through Uttarakhand Resident category)
ULSAT 2023 Admission Process
Candidates need to keep in mind the following steps for ULSAT 2023 Admission:
Step 1: Apply for ULSAT 2023 by filling the registration form properly and paying the application fees before the due date. Candidates ensure that they are eligible for all the criteria before applying.
Step 2: Download the Admit Card 2023, which will be available to the registered candidates to know all the important details about the exam.
Step 3: Appear for ULSAT 2023 examination at the scheduled date and time.
Step 4: Check ULSAT 2023 result which will be declared after a few days of the examination.
Step 5: Qualified students will then be called for counselling sessions. Counselling session will nominate the candidates for admission in the desired course.
