Documents required for UPCATET 2023 Counselling

The candidates who have been allotted seats while online counselling will have to carry below-mentioned documents for UPCATET 2023 counselling process to the allotted university on the scheduled date.

UPCATET 2023 Counselling Process

While registering for UPCATET online counselling the candidates must have the following things:

• Registered mobile number, Email Id, Roll number & Birth certificate
• A scanned copy of qualifying examination mark sheet in Pdf format of size 1 MB.
• Category certificate

The steps involved in UPCATET counselling are:

Step 1 - Registration and Documents Upload 

The candidates can check the following points regarding the online registration & documents upload for counselling:

• Visit the official website & click on the link given to register for counselling.
• After that login & create a password.
• Enter the details - roll number, select the program & date of birth. Click on Generate OTP, an OTP will be sent on registered mobile number enter the same in the specified box.
• Upload the asked documents.
• Candidates will have to deposit Rs 500/- as counselling fee.
• Once registration is done click on Save Password.

Step 2 - Online Choice filling and Locking

• Those who have registered themselves will be given an option of Online Choice Filling, click in the same.
• On the next page, they will have to enter roll number, course, date of birth & password.
• Once the details have been entered click on confirm details.
• Next page will have the choice filling option where the candidates will have to select university & programme as per their educational eligibility.
• Once selected click on save & proceed.
• The candidates must take the print out of the form & keep it safe.

Step 3 - Seat Allocation and Security fee deposit

• As per the choices made by the candidates the authority will release the seat allotment list on the official website.
• Those who will be given a seat will have to deposit Rs 5000/- as a security fee online.
• As the fee will be paid seat allotment letter will be displayed to download.

Step 4 - Report at respective University

• Once the above process has been complete, the candidates will have to visit the allotted university along with the Seat Allotment Letter & Security fees receipt on the scheduled date & time.
• The documents will be verified by the Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture & Technology, Kanpur. 
• All the candidates will be given an option to upgrade their seats after the admission procedure in the 1st round of counselling.
• Candidates who want to participate in the next round of the counselling round can appear at their respective colleges.

UPCATET 2023 Offline Counselling

For all the courses, the 3rd and the 2nd round of the counselling procedure will be held in Offline mode.

• To appear for the Offline counselling, candidates will have to download the Call letters from the official website only.
• The registration fee will have to be paid online.
• The information regarding the Offline counselling releases on the official website only.
• Candidates must visit it frequently and this page for more updates related to the counselling.
