USET 2023 Application Form

Before filling the form the candidates must check their eligibility. The USET 2023 Application Form will be released on the official website of the competent authority. 

• The candidates will have to register themselves and then fill the form.
• Must give their valid Email Id and contact details.
• Fill the form with the correct details like Personal Details, Academic detail, etc.
• Upload the scanned copy of the required documents in the prescribed format only.
• Make the fee payment and complete the registration process.
• After filling in the details get the printout of it for further events.

USET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed a Master's degree from a recognized board/university.
• Also, applicants must hold a degree of PG Graduate diploma/ certificate awarded by the Indian University/ Institute or Foreign degree/ Diploma/ Certificate awarded by the Foreign University/ Institute.
• The aspirants should have a score of 55% marks in a Master's degree or equivalent from UGC-recognized universities.
• There is NO upper age bar to apply for this exam.
• The certificate of USET is only dispatched to candidates as described in the preceding point only after they have produced the results of their Master’s Degree exam.
• Candidates claiming for reservation based on categories such as SC/ST/OBC/PWD must possess a valid category certificate issued not more than one year ago.

USET 2023 Exam Pattern

• Number of Papers - There will be three papers
• Number of Questions - 150 Questions, 50 Questions each in Paper 1 and Paper 2 and Paper 3 will be of 75 Questions.
• Duration of Papers - 300 Minutes where Paper 1- 75 Minutes, Paper 2 - 75 Minutes and Paper 3 - 150 Minutes
• Marks Allotted - 350 marks

The candidates are allowed to apply for only one subject from the below-provided list. The questions asked in the paper will be in English or Hindi language. Candidates can answer in one of these languages. However, in respect of Physical Science, Chemical Science, Mathematical Science, Life Science, Earth & Atmospheric Science, Environmental Science, Computer Science, and Applications question papers are available in English only.

USET 2023 Preparation Tips

Candidates must start early preparations to ensure that they cover the entire syllabus on time. Check a few preparation tips to fetch good marks in USET.

• Tip 1: Make a study plan & accordingly allocate equal time to each subject/topic to study.
• Tip 2: Make short notes from the beginning of revision at the last moment.
• Tip 3: Acquire good learning resources such as previous year papers, question banks, solved papers, mock tests, and utilize them in your preparation strategy.
• Tip 4: Solve mock tests to increase the number of good attempts and improve time management during the exam.

USET 2023 Admit Card

• It is a mandatory document to be carried to the examination hall as without it entry would not be possible.
• To download the Hall Ticket the candidates will have to enter the required credentials.
• Applicants must carry the original Id proof like Aadhar Card, PAN Card, etc. along with the Admission Ticket to the exam hall.

USET 2023 Answer Key

The competent authority will release the USET 2023 Answer Key on its official website. The candidates will get an opportunity to challenge the answer key along with the proof. Based on the Answer key aspirants will be able to calculate their provisional marks for the entrance exam. If there will be any change in the answer key then the authority will release the final answer key.

USET 2023 Result

USET 2023 Result will be published after the release of the answer key on the official website. The candidates will be selected for admission based on the merit list which will be prepared by the authority. Candidates will be declared qualified if they succeed to qualify in the top 06%. It is mandatory to appear in all three papers and secure a minimum of 40% marks (General category) and a minimum of 35% marks (reserved category) in aggregate marks. 

USET 2023 Certificate

Candidates qualifying Uttarakhand State Eligibility Test are awarded the USET certificate. The certificate is awarded after proper verification of the original documents of the candidates at the counseling round. Those acquiring the USET certificate are eligible to apply for an Assistant Professor jobs in the Universities/Colleges of Uttarakhand.

USET 2023 Cut Off

Candidates appearing in the USET 2023 exam must secure the minimum qualifying marks as specified by the University in the official advertisement to be eligible to get the certificate. The minimum marks are relaxable by a specified percentage only for reserved category candidates. All other candidates must obtain the minimum marks to be qualified in the USET 2023 exam and get listed in the USET Result 2023. Check out the minimum marks below.
