VEE 2023 Important Dates

VEE 2023 Application FormCandidates can check the VEE 2023 application form through below given details:

• The candidate who wishes to appear for Vels Entrance exam 2023 must fill the Application Form available at university official website.
• The VELS Entrance Exam Application Form for 2023 session is available in both online and offline modes.
• Applicants must check all the details filled in the application form before submitting it.
• All details should be filled very carefully.
• University will not provide any correction facility after submitting the application form.
• Candidate must take print of the filled application form for further process.

VEE 2023 Online Application Form

For Online registration follow the below steps:

• Candidate must visit the VELS University official website, i.e. www.velsuniv.ac.in  and click on the Registration Link.
• Applicants have to register themselves through a valid Email ID or Mobile Number and fill in all the particular details asked in the Application Form carefully.
• Candidates can select their exam centres and the course they are applying for.
• All the documents must be uploaded in JPG Format and ensure that the uploaded photograph is clear.
• Once the Application Form is filled, click on the Submit Button and take a print out of the Application form.

VEE 2023 Offline Application Form

For Offline registration follow the below-given steps:

• Candidates can take the Application form from the office of VELS University by paying the prescribed amount.
• Application form for VEE 2020 can also be received by post. The applicant can send a DD of the amount as per program applying for, to the postal address of VELS University.
• While filling the VELS Entrance Exam application form for the year 2023, candidates will have to paste their clear passport size picture in the space allotted, attach photocopies of all academic records required and then it has to send by post to the university address given on the official website.

VEE 2023 Application Fees 

• For Online mode-

1. The fees is Rs.900/- for online application form submission for all categories.
2. The online application fee can be paid using credit card/debit card/net banking.
3. The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• For offline mode-
  1. The application fee of VEE 2020 will be Rs.550/- when requesting the form through the post. Additional fee (if any) has to be sent as DD with the filled-in the application form
  2. The candidates also have to pay Rs.500/- in cash while filling the application form on the college campus at the official counter.
  3. The offline application fee can be paid through Demand Draft payable at VELS University, Chennai.
  4. The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

VEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can check the eligibility for Vels Entrance Exam 2023 through below details-

For Pharma D a candidate should have Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology/ Botany and Zoology at +2 level.

VEE 2023 Admit Card

The admit card for VELS University Admission Test will be available on the University official website, Candidates can go through the below-given points before downloading the hall ticket:

• VEE entrance exam 2023 Admit Card is the essential document for candidates to appear in the Entrance Exam, which the aspirants must keep with them.
• In the absence of the admit card, the candidate will not be allowed to give the exam.
• VEE exam 2023 hall ticket will only be allotted to the candidates who will complete the application procedure.
• The application procedure is considered complete only after the payment of Application fee.
• Candidates can download the Admit Card by visiting the official website that is given above.
• Candidates have to log in using Registered ID / Password. 
• After which he/ she shall proceed to the Admit Card Section and can download the Admit Card.
• The candidates must take a print out of the Admit Card for future references including the exam day.

VEE 2023 Preparation Tips

Candidates who are appearing for VEE exam 2023 can check the preparation tips, which will help them prepare for the exam:

• For performing well in any exam, it is necessary for candidates to firstly schedule their time accordingly. So the candidates must make a time table for better management of time.
• Choose the right study material available in the market or from the internet. Solve all the previous year’s question papers and all available sample papers. This would make it easy to understand the exam pattern, important topics and type of questions asked.
•  This would make it easy for them to understand and also revise at the time of the exam. 

VEE 2023 Exam Centres

This exam will be conducted in 24 cities across the country. Candidates can choose 3 centres as per their references. Once the exam centre will be allotted to the candidate can not be changed

VEE 2023 Results

• Candidate has to visit the official website of VELS University and proceed to the ‘VEE Result’ Section.
• Enter your roll number and other required details.
• Click on the ‘submit’ button
• The Result/Scorecard will be displayed online.
• Download the Result and take a print out of it for future references
• VELS University will send interview cards to shortlisted candidates.
• The applicant will have to be present at the stipulated time given for an interview.
• Failing to present in an interview, the applicant’s candidature will automatically be rejected.

VEE 2023 Cut-off Marks

Candidates can go through the details of the cut-off list from given points- 

• Cut-off marks for VEE 2023 will be announced on the official website.
• The cut-off list will consist of the minimum marks candidates have to score to be eligible for the counselling.
• Cut-off marks may vary in terms of various categories.
• Candidates scoring more than the cut-off will be eligible for the counselling procedure.

VEE 2023 Counselling

• Merit list will be released by the University and based on that, interview cards will be sent to the shortlisted candidate.
• Once the counselling process starts, Candidates can fill up their choices of programs through online mode according to their preferences.
• The candidates must carry all the important documents along with them at the time of Counseling and it is important for them to be present at the designated location, otherwise, their seat will be given to the waiting list candidate. 
• If a candidate is allotted a seat in the first round then he will not be allowed to participate in further rounds.
