WB SET 2022 Counselling: Documents Required

Candidates must show the certificates in original during the interview. The admission can be cancelled at any stage if found ineligible.

Particulars and Certificates required (Only self-attested photocopies):

• Duly filled, information and correction sheet
• Print out of application form
• A candidate claiming to be S.C., S.T., O.B.C., or Differently-abled must have a certificate in support of his/her claim from a Competent Authority as specified.
• Age-proof certificate
• All qualification-related certificates
• Experience-related certificates from competent authorities. SACTs must submit certificates from the Principal/Teacher-in-Charge/Governing Body President of their respective Colleges authenticating their status and tenure as SACT.
• For ‘other’ Nationals declared eligible by the Government of India for recruitment, a certificate to that effect from the competent authority.
•  Certificate(s) from University/ Board etc. regarding ‘percentage equivalence’[where only grades are awarded but no equivalence is stated in the mark sheet(s)] and certificate from University regarding compliance with UGC, 2009 Regulations.

WB SET 2022 Counselling Process

• Only the candidates who are qualified in the WB SET will be called for counselling rounds.
• Candidates will be called for the interview session
• No change of dates and time will be entertained. Candidates must reach on time to avoid cancellation.
• Candidates will have to clear interview session. It generally includes personal information, knowledge and skills you have and documents verification.
• Provided dates are subject to change and it is, therefore, advisable to keep checking the site regularly.
• Candidates must ensure their eligibility as ineligibility will cause cancellation of the admission
• Candidates will get admission only after successful completion of the counselling process and release of seat allotment.
• Candidates are advised to prepare well for the SET to qualify and clear the counselling process.
• Candidates are also called for counselling, list of candidates are published in the official website from time to time. The list includes candidates name, registration number, category, language, panel serial number.
