WLCI AICET 2022 also known as Wigan & Leigh College India All India Combined Entrance Test 2022 will be conducted by WLCI (Wigan & Leigh College India) in December(tentatively). The test is held on a national basis every year to give admission to various Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes at various universities. The exam is taken at the university level and is normally held in the third week of June each year. A full examination of the candidate is conducted through a series of tests and a personal interview as part of the Selection Process. Eligibility Criteria for WLCI AICET 2022

Candidates who are willing to appear for the WLCI AICET 2022 must fill up the Application Form. But before filling up the application form, candidates must check the eligibility criteria to make sure they fall within it or else their application will be disqualified without any second chance. The WLCI AICET 2022 Eligibility Criteria are listed below and must be carefully followed by all candidates to fall into the correct category; failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the individual candidate's application.

Eligibility For Undergraduate Programs

Candidates must meet the following requirements in order to be admitted to UG programmes:

  • Any recognised Central/State Board of Secondary Examination (such as Central Board of Secondary Education / State Board New Delhi, and Council for Indian School of Certificate Examination, New Delhi) must have finished their +2 level examinations in the 10+2 pattern.
OR
  • Cleared Advanced (A) level General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka)/ International Baccalaureate (IB).
OR
  • Passed any public school/board/university examination recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equal to the 10+2 system in India or abroad.
OR
  • A passing grade in the National Open School's Senior Secondary School Examination, with a minimum of five subjects.
OR
  • Possess a three- or four-year diploma from an AICTE-accredited institution or a state board of technical education.
Note

Aspirants who are taking their qualifying exam will be eligible to apply for AICET 2021 if they can present the requisite documentation relating to exam completion/marks at the time of counselling/admissions.

Eligibility For Postgraduate Programs

At WLCI, PG courses are offered based on a candidate's AICET score. Candidates must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for admission:

  • Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree in any discipline from an Indian institution or university.
OR
  • Candidates must have earned an advanced diploma from WLCI in Fashion Technology/Advertising and Graphic Design/Mass Communication.
OR
  • Candidate must have completed a three-year diploma programme in Fashion/Advertising/Graphic Design/Media/Mass Communications from another institution or college.
Eligibility for Foreign Nationals

Foreign Nationals (whether residing in India or elsewhere) and Non-Resident Indians are given 10% of the total seats in each programme offered at WLCI (who are citizens of India holding an Indian passport and have temporarily immigrated to another country for six months or more for work, residence or any other purpose).

Admit Card for WLCI AICET 2022

The WLCI AICET 2022 Admit Card will be released by WLCI and will be valid until the exam day. All applicants must adhere to the following requirements when it comes to the hall ticket:

  • Applicants must bring their admit cards to the testing center.
  • Applicants who do not have a printed copy of their admit card may be denied entry to the examination center and may be disqualified.
  • The applicant's information, such as name number, date of birth, roll number, exam venue, and so on, are all included on the admit card.
