Apeejay Stya University Application Procedure

To apply for any of the programs offered by Apeejay Stya University, applicants can either apply online at the admission portal of the university or fill-up the form after downloading it.  Applicants must follow these steps to apply:

Online Mode:

1. Click on the Apply Now Admission and it will take you to the Apeejay Stya University online admission portal.
2. Read the instructions and click Apply Now.
3. The Online Application form will appear on the screen which will comprise of seven sections titled: Personal, Address, Exam, Education, Work, Documents, and Declaration.
4. Applicants need to fill in the information in the fields which are marked as mandatory.
5. After filling up the complete details applicants are required to pay the application fee of INR 1100 via Debit Card/Credit Card or Net Banking.
6. Save the application fee for future reference.

Note: when registration and payment of application fee procedure will be completed candidates would be intimidated about the admission process on their E-mail IDs.

Offline Mode:

1. The application form can be downloaded from the website from the Offline Application Form.
2. The filled-in form should be submitted along with the necessary document and a Demand Draft of INR 1100 drawn in favor of Apeejay Stya Education Foundation, payable at New Delhi.
3. The application form should be submitted by post or courier to any one of the Admission Office/ Apeejay Institution.

Documents Required

The following are the documents required to be submitted along with the application form:

1. School Leaving Certificate
2. Certificate of the last examination passed 
3. 3 recent passport size photographs
4. Medical Fitness Certificate by a registered Medical Practitioner
5. Character Certificate from the head of the Institute last attended
6. Entrance Test/Merit Score Card
7. Documentary proof pertaining to discontinuity in academics/ record, if applicable

Apeejay Stya University Scholarships

Students can apply for a variety of scholarships and financial aid programmes at ASU, which are awarded on a merit-based basis. These are accessible to students who have met specific minimal performance levels in competitive examinations (or qualifying examinations) or who are legitimately unable to pay for their higher education costs. Each candidate is evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the admissions and financial aid committees.

SOMS, as part of ASU, offers the following scholarships and financial aid programmes. The scholarship is awarded based on 10+2 results. Scholarships are given for qualified individuals based on merit.

• Candidates who have received at least 93 percent in their 10+2 from a recognised board will be eligible for scholarships and financial aid.
• Scholarships are also available to students who are awaiting results but have a 93 percent aggregate in their Pre-Boards.
• The amount of the scholarship is contingent on the students' achievement on the final board exams.

Students can apply for the scholarship online in addition to filling out the standard university application.
