The University offers B.Tech. program under 11 specializations for 4 years. The selection is based on marks scored in KEAM entrance examination conducted by CEE Kerela. To obtain forms and prospectus, students need to visit selected Post Offices in Kerela and outside the state upon submitting the fee through cash.  The application fee can also be paid through Demand Draft (DD) in favor of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations payable at Thiruvananathapuram or via DD.

AKTU Scholarships

Scholarships for differently-abled students: Under this scheme, 2500 scholarships are awarded to qualifying differently-abled students to pursue professional and technical courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels at approved Indian institutions.

Girls will be given 30% of the scholarships, which will be transferable to male students if female candidates are not available.

Course fees, maintenance allowance, books and stationery allowance, and student aids and appliances are all included in the scholarship amount.
