Admission Through CUET UG & PG

The Common University Entrance Test UG and PG (CUET UG & PG) is a computer-based national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). It offers admissions to a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as MA, MSc, MCom, and LLM at 66 participating universities across the country. CUET PG 2023 is being administered in both Hindi and English. This test has the potential to revolutionize the process of university admission in India in the coming years. The Central University of Haryana offers research courses viz. M.Phil under five specializations namely English, Economics,  Education, Hindi and Political Science. In addition to it, the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme is offered by the university in eight specializations –  Hindi, Economics, English, Education, Political Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Nutrition Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, Tourism and Hotel Management. The university accepts admission in research courses on the basis of marks scored Central Universities’ Common Entrance Test. Candidates who have cleared UGC NET /JRF/SET/Teacher Fellowship or possess teaching/research experience of more than two years on regular basis shall be exempted from the written test.

Central University of Haryana Application Process

The aspirants have to follow the below-mentioned steps to apply for the entrance exam of the university.

• Candidates should to the university website in order to register online for admission.
• Candidates should fill in the required details(Name, parents' Name, Educational details, etc.) and upload the required self-attested documents along with the scanned photograph.
• Then, he/she shall be redirected to the online payment mode option. Aspirants can submit the required fees online via debit card, credit card or they can opt to pay the fees offline and download the challan.
• Candidates can also submit the fees via demand draft, take a printout of the duly filled-in registration form and send it along with the demand draft to the following address - The Registrar, Central University of Haryana, Jant-Pali, Mahendergarh, Haryana-123031.
• The demand draft should be submitted in favour of “ The Registrar, Central University of Haryana ” and should be payable at Mahendergarh from any nationalized bank.
• For online payment, the fees for general and OBC candidates is Rs 800 whereas in case of SC/ST candidates, candidates should pay Rs 350.
• For offline payment via challan, the bank charges Rs.50/- for commission. General and OBC candidates have to pay Rs 850 while SC/ ST candidates have to submit Rs 400 as processing fees.
