Admission through CUET UG & PG

The admission to Central University of Kashmir UG & PG Programs is through the Central University of Kashmir Entrance Test (CUET). The CUET consists of written examination and interview/counseling. CUK Srinagar B.Voc Admission 2023 

The University offers B.Voc for 3 years in two different specializations with a total number of 50 seats in each specialization. the eligibility criteria is that the candidates must have passed 10+2 in any discipline from a recognized Board with minimum 50 %marks (45% marks for SC/ST candidates. the admission is done on the marks obtained in CUCET exams. other details can be found below in the table:

CUK Srinagar Integrated Course Admission 2023

The University offers integrated courses like BA. LLB/B.Com LLB for 5 years and integrated B.Sc/M.Sc program for 4 years and has 4 specializations. CUK Srinagar  B.Ed. Admission 2023

The University offers B.Ed. course for 2 years with a total number of 100 seats where 75 seats are reserved for Pre-Service and 25 seats for In-service candidates through The department of Education.the eligibility criteria is that students must have passed UG/PG course in Science/Social Science/ Humanity with at least 50% marks (45% for reserve category) or hold B.E/B.Tech. CUK Srinagar PG Admission 2023

The Central University of Kashmir offers M.Tech. program in different specializations like Information Technology, Master of Tourism & Travel Management  (MTTML). M.Com, MA, M.Sc. for 2 years duration with the capacity of 35 seats. LLM and M.PE.D of 2 years with the intake of 20 and 25 seats respectively, and M.Ed. of 2 years duration with 58 seats. the eligibility criteria is that the candidates must have done Bachelor's degree with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PH candidates and have GATE/NET. CUK Srinagar PG Diploma Admission 2023

The Central University Of Kashmir offers PG Diploma for 1 year with 4 specializations and with total number 20 seats where 7seats are reserved for in-service candidates. the eligibility criteria for admission is that the candidates must have done Bachelor's Degree in any specialization with not less than 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/candidates from a recognized University. Central University of Srinagar B.Tech. Admission 2023

The University offers B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering. the minimum eligibility is that the candidates must have don in 10+2 exams with minimum 50% marks (455 marks for reserved category) or its equivalent in CGPA with the subjects Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Biology as main subjects. CUK Srinagar MBA Admission 2023

Central University of Kashmir offers MBA program. The eligibility criteria is that the candidates must have scored at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) in any discipline from a recognized Indian University or any equivalent examination. Candidates who are willing for their results or who will complete their graduation before the Group Discussion is conducted can also apply. CUK Srinagar M.Phil/PhD Admission 2023

The Central University of Kashmir offers a full-time integrated M.Phil/PhD program to the students by The Department of Urdu and Management Studies. The Eligibility Criteria is that the candidates must have scored a minimum of 555 marks (505 marks for the reserved category) in the Master's Degree in Urdu/MBA from a recognized University. The selection criteria is based on the percentage obtained in CUCET. The other details can be found below:

• Candidates who have qualified UGC/CSIR (JRF) NET/ SET/ GATE are exempted from appearing in CUCET.
• However such candidates are called to attend the interview round conducted following CUCET.

CUK Srinagar Admission Process 2023

The following steps can be followed by the candidates to fill the application form:

• Visit the Website of CUCET i.e. cukashmir.ac.in
• Click on the "Apply Now" tab.
• Candidates have to register themselves by entering correct Date Of Birth, Email Id and Contact Number.
• THen login to the account by entering Email Id and password
• Fill in the form with correct details.
• Upload photograph and Signature.
• Make the application fee payment.
• Submit the form.

Application Fee

• Visit the CUK official website.
• Click on B.Tech. CS&E Admissions tab
• The application fee is Rs. 250 for reserved categories.
• Read the instructions carefully before filling the form.
• Candidates have to register themselves with ID.
• Use the created login with ID.
• Candidates will be redirected to the 'submit form' page.
• Fill the personal details on the first page and submit the page.
• Fill the correspondence details in the second Page.
• Enter the academic details on the third page.
• MBA candidates should fill their CMAT details and then click on ‘save and next’ tab while B.Tech candidates should fill their JEE (Mains) details and then click on ‘save and next’ tab.
• Upload your recent passport size photograph of maximum 50 kb and click on ‘save and next’ tab.
• Print the form for future use like GD/PI/Admission.
• Pay the online fee by using the SBI-link given on the same page.
• Check your application status after 3 days, whether your form and fee has been accepted or not.
• After the confirmation of the candidate's application form, they can edit the details filled in the form if required by logging into the system and clicking on ‘edit my details’ tab.
• Click on ‘save and next’ after updating your details.
• Take a print out of your application form.
