The university offers 5% marks relaxation in the eligibility criteria for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PWD categories.
Central Universities Common Entrance Test is an national level entrance exam conducted jointly by 14 central universities. CUCET is conducted for admission in various undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. courses offered in all the participating institutions. CUCET test is conducted once a year in offline mode (pen & paper) for the duration of two hours. Along with the central universities, Dr B R Ambedkar School of Economics (BASE) is also a participating institute for the exam.
At the doctoral level, CUP provides various range of PhD programs under various courses in different streams. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with minimum 60% marks for UR category candidates & there will be a 5% marks relaxation for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD candidates.
