DIT Dehradun Admission 2023 for both UG and PG programs at DIT University is open for interested candidates. The online application form can be submitted through the official portal at dituniversity.edu.in. DIT University was established in 1998 and is located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. It was formulated by the non-profit Unison Group. DIT University has been established by Govt. of Uttarakhand. Earlier it was known as the Dehradun Institute of Technology. DIT University's lush green campus is located on the foothills of Mussoorie. Dehradun is located 240 kilometers northeast of Delhi.
The campus area is 25 acres out of which 23 acres are developed, the prominent buildings are Vedanta and Chanakya. It is affiliated to UGC and is conferred as an autonomous body. In 2013 the Uttarakhand Govt. declared it as DIT University due to its excellent contribution in the field of Education and Research. It offers various courses in Undergraduate, Graduate, and Doctoral Programmes in Engineering, Pharmacy, Management & Architecture. From 2014, admissions to Post-Graduate and Doctoral Programs are given on the basis of DIT University Entrance Test and interviews conducted by it. Apart from this, GATE/NET qualified students shall be given more preference.
