Doon University Admission 2023 is based on Online Entrance Test conducted by university. Candidates can take admission in various courses like Bachelor of Honors, Integrated Masters, Bachelor, Masters, Ph.D., Executive and Certificate Programmes in the academic streams of Science, Social Sciences, Arts, Technology, Design and Management. Doon University is a state government university located in the city of Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Doon University was established in october, 2005 by the government of Uttarakhand through an Act of the Uttarakhand legislative assembly. University started in 2205 but the first academic session took place from july 2009. Doon University offers UG , PG and PH.D and Research level courses to the candidate in various specializations. Doon university is a CO-ED university.

Some important note about the course:
- Admission in MBA is done on the basis of MAT score
- Admission in MA in language subjects, entrance test comprises written test and oral for selection.
- Admission in M.Tech the candidate who have qualified GATE/ JRF score will be exempted from entrance test but have to appear for interview.

Some important note about the course:
- University gives the relaxation of 5% marks is given to reserved category candidates.
- To get admission in PH.D courses candidates who have qualified UGC / JRF or M.Phil degree in the respective subject are exempted from entrance test but have to appear for interview.

How to apply for Doon University Online?
Doon university offers an online application form to the candidates. The following process are to fill application procedure:
- Visit the official websites of the university and go to the admission section
- Click on the link “ online application for admission 2023”
- Registered yourself as a new candidate
- Then go and login with the username and password
- Fill the form carefully and then submit it with rechecking all the details you filled in the application form
- Pay the application fees of INR 800 (INR 400 for SC / ST) through online mode
- The candidate who missed the online application form or not able to fill the online application form visited the admission help desk at the reception in the administrative block, Doon University with necessary documents and prescribed fees.

The Doon University is a State University of Uttarakhand Government UGC 2 (f) & 12 (B) approved, NAAC accredited. the university was established by the Government of Uttarakhand by Doon University Act, 2005 (Uttaranchal Adhiniyam Sankhaya 18 of 2005). All student admissions to various programmes of study shall be based on an ONLINE Entrance Examination. Merit list of candidates for various academic programmes shall be displayed on the Notice-Boards and the University’s Website.
