The term-end semester result of all UG/PG courses within a month after the successful completion of the examination. The APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University conducts a term-end semester examination in November and December (Odd semester)/ April and May (Even semester). The result of each term-end semester examination is uploaded in February/June during Odd & Even Semester respectively. Candidates are advised to visit the University’s website to check for their results. The APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University releases the result online on its official website once the evaluation of the answer sheet is completed. 

Steps to Check the APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University Semester Examinations Result 2020

Apprentices can check their results from the official AKTU website by following the given steps:

• Log on to the official university website.
• Once the website home page is loaded, apprentices should click on the “Results” link and select the respective course level (Bachelors, Masters or Ph.D.) from the drop-down menu
• Select the university region (Noida /Lucknow) to fetch the corresponding result.
• In the case of Bachelors tab, candidates with backlogs will also get the option to see their result through “Old Carry Over Result” link
• On the next page, apprentices should select the respective odd/ even semester examination result link. For example - B.Tech. First Semester Result 2020-21
• Upon clicking the link, apprentices should enter the Exam Roll number along with the displayed captcha and click on Click on the “Submit” button
• Students result is instantly displayed on the screen which they can verify and take a print out of it
• This result will be accepted as a provisional result and the apprentices can obtain the original copy of the result from their respective college offices

Criteria for yearly evaluation:

APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University follows a credit-based system while promoting a Apprentices to the next year of the course. Credit is assigned to a subject based on the number of hours of teaching required for that subject. For promotion from the first year to the second year, a student has to secure a minimum of including theory and practical credits for both the semesters. 

Revaluation of Answer Sheet

APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University provides an opportunity by which candidates who are not satisfied by the marks secured by them can apply for revaluation or may demand a copy of the examination answer sheet. The revaluation forms of APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University will be available online at the university's official website. Incomplete revaluation forms will not be accepted by the university under any circumstances. The candidate will have to apply for the revaluation of the answer sheet only during the dates set by the authority. Candidates have not the authority to apply for the revaluation of the answer sheet of any other applicant. After filling the form, candidates have to deposit the requisite fees which will be non-refundable in any case.

• Scrutiny: AKTU will only do re-totaling of marks. The fee for the same is Rs 500
• Challenge evaluation: Without considering previous marks, AKTU checks the copy of the student again. The fee for the same is Rs 5000

Steps for scrutiny/ re-evaluation challenge:

• Step 1: Visit the official website of AKTU (https://aktu.ac.in/)
• Step 2: Click on ‘AKTU ERP’ available on the extreme left corner of the page
• Step 3: The login page opens up wherein you need to fill up your login details which is your university roll number and password. In case you do not know your password, you can obtain it from the college examination cell
• Step 4: Click on ‘Evaluation’ and then hit the ‘Challenge & Scrutiny’ option and then finally click on the ‘Go’
• Step 5: The registration form opens up wherein you need to select the paper type (regular/ carry over) and choose between scrutiny and challenge evaluation and hit the search button
• Step 6: Choose the subject you wish to scrutinize or re-evaluate. You can even choose multiple subjects
• Step 7: Now add the payment details and hit the submit button
