DHSGSU Postgraduate Courses Admission 2021
Dr Hari Singh Gour University offers a variety of courses in the field of Arts, Commerce, Science, Business Administration, Computer Application, Pharmaceutical and Legal Studies. Candidates can take the admission to any of the PG level courses and belong to Unreserved/ General (UR) and OBC categories. Candidates have passed in graduation or equivalent examination securing at least 45% marks with 50% marks in concerned subject or marks on the basis of qualifying examination from a recognized university.

DHSGSU PhD Admission 2021
Dr. Harisingh Gour University offers under diversified specialization subjects at doctorate level. For admission in PhD programme, candidates must have Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade (5% relaxation for SC / ST/ PC candidates). Admission to the Ph.D programmes is based on candidate merit in PHDET Entrance Test followed by an interview. Candidates who will secure 50% marks in the PHDET, will be called for interview.

DHSGSU Application Form 2021
Application form of DHSGSU will only be available in Online mode. Those students who apply online then find the application form on the university official website. Steps mentioned below:
- Go to the official website of the university i.e. http://www.dhsgsu.ac.in/
- Applicants must fill out an online application form.
- Select the payment method through MPonline authorised KIOSK/Net Banking/debit/credits.
- The application fee for UG/PG Entrance exam is Rs. 800/- ans Rs. 1000/- and same as for OBC and PC candidates and Rs. 400/- for SC/ST candidates.
- Fee of Rs. 50/- shall be paid by the candidate as portal fee to the MPonline limited.
- After making the payment, a payment receipt will be generated which should be printed by the applicants. Candidates can take a hard copy of the form and receipt also.
DHSGSU Time Table 2021
Applicants of the University can also check the semester examination schedule. Applicants can go through the official website and navigate to the examination tab located at the top center side of the page. In the examination tab, click on Exam Timetable. The next page will show different links for various courses. Required link will there you click and on that there is option of Attachment Download under the link.then you click on the Download then start download.
DHSGSU Admission 2021 Admit Card
Candidates can download the Admit Cards for their respective exams. Candidates will carry admit cards and take a hardcopy to appear in the exams.

- And then Examination tab
- Under the Examination tab click on the Admit cards.
- The next page will redirect to a different portal.
- Enter your registration number and other required details.
- Click on the submit.
- Download the admit card from the next page.
DHSGSU UGET 2021
Application form for the entrance has been declared. Eligible applicants can apply online through the University official website. Dr. Hari Singh Gour Vishwavidyalaya Sagar University (DHSGSU) conducts UGET, PGET and PHDET for UG, PG, and Ph.d courses. The entrance exam for UG admission is known for UGET, for PG admission is known for PGET and the Ph.D admissions are done through PHDET. Application Fees:
Candidates can check the application Fee for the Entrance Exam given below. The amounts are to be Paid online using a debit/credit card or net banking.
Fee for UGET & PGET:
- General/ OBC-NCL - Rs. 800/-
- SC/ST - Rs. 400/-
- PWD - Nil
If a candidate applies for more than one programme/ code (UGET/PGET) then the fee for each additional programme will be Rs. 400 for Unreserved/OBC candidates, Rs. 200 for SC/ST candidates and Nil for PWD candidates
Fee for PHD:
- General/ OBC/-NCL - Rs. 1000/-
- SC/ST - Rs. 500/-
- PWD - Nil
If a candidate applies for more than one programme/ code (PHDET) then the fee for each additional programme will be Rs. 500 for Unreserved/OBC candidates, Rs. 250 for SC/ST candidates and Nil for PWD candidates.
DHSGSU Cut Off list and Counselling
The Counselling procedure for the entrance exam is released by DHSGSU. The students who will appear for the entrance exam, are required to check the details related to results. The counselling of some subjects which are of Professional/technical nature may be done online. And cut off list is on the official website of the university.
Candidates must have to carry the following documents during the procedure of counselling:
- Counselling Letter and Application Form
- Original Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, Marksheet of 10th standard ( DOB Proof)
- Original marksheet of qualifying examination
- Evidence of appearing in qualifying exams (in case of result is awaited)
- Caste Certificate
- Income Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)
- Certificate of Physically Challenged, Ex- serviceman, NNC & NSS certificate (if applicable)
- Passport Size photographs
- Self Attested photocopies in all documents
- Gap Certificate on Notary (if there is a break in your study)
