Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agriculture University (DRPCAU) is a Public University. The university is established in Pusa, Samastipur, Bihar. The university was established on 01 April 1905. The university has six undergraduate degree programs, thirty-three postgraduate programs, and eighteen Ph.D. courses. The university is also the only university to provide an MBA in Agribusiness program. The establishment of this Agricultural Research Institute and college was set by Lord Curzon. The university was established to bring Agriculture studies a great venture to study. The university has a very hard-working faculty that makes intellectual minds with the proper guidance of the personal grooming of every child. The institute was built with the thought that the institute would be of immense service to them in their grave hour of the crisis caused by the German Indigo scientist.

Admission in all these PG courses is done only through a common qualifying test conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. Candidates would be admitted based on the merit score of that test.
