Admission Through GUJCET & UGAT
Candidates looking to apply for undergraduate engineering and pharmacy courses in Gujarat can visit gujcet.gseb.org to access and fill out their application form online. Additionally, the Form Correction window will be open in the last week of February 2023, though it is mandatory to do it offline. The entrance exam itself is scheduled to take place in April 2023.

Selection Criteria for BSc Programme:
- Students must have obtained 55% marks or more for direct admission on the first come first basis.
- From 50 to 55% marks, merit list is prepared on the basis of marks obtained as aggregate.
- Students with marks between 45% and 50% have to appear in the entrance test conducted by the University. Merit List will be prepared on the basis of :
- 60% weightage -12th marks

- For admission in PhD programme, candidates have to apply in a prescribed format through GSFC University’s admission department. For admission in this PhD course, candidates need to appear in entrance test conducted by university for the eligible candidates irrespective of number of applications received, which will be followed by an interview by a Doctoral Committee of the GSFC University.
- Scientists / Professionals with experience of at least 05 years and at least one publication in refereed journal OR with a minimum 10 years of experience working in Government of India / State Government / Corporate Bodies / Laboratories may directly appear for interview subject to fulfilling minimum eligibility criteria.
