Admission Through CLAT Examinations 

• CLAT question paper will carry 150 marks based on the topics from the English language, current affairs including general knowledge, legal reasoning, logical reasoning, and Quantitative Techniques.
• For LLM paper candidates have to secure 40% at least out of 100 objective types of questions to be qualified for Descriptive Paper. For every correct answer, candidates will be awarded 1 mark while 0.25 marks will be deducted for the wrong answer.
• The candidates have to fill the application form through Online mode and pay the required fees for the examination.
• Admit card would be received before the examination that is to be carried in the examination centre. 

GMU Application Form 2023 

The Gujarat Maritime University application form will be filled through Online mode. Candidates can check the details related to the Application form from the points given below:

• The application form will br released in the official website of the University in May 2023.
• The application form is available only through Online Mode.
• Candidates are requested to check the eligibility, of course, they wanted to apply.
• All the necessary documents are needed to be uploaded by the candidates.

• Visit the GMU Gujarat Official website.
• Click on "Schools and Centres" and then on "Admissions".
• On clicking, a new page will appear on the screen.
• Click on " Apply Now" button.
• On clicking, the application form will appear on the screen. Candidates have to enter all the necessary details, academic qualification details, course details, communication details etc. while filling the application form. 
• On entering all the details successfully in the application form, candidates have to upload scanned images of their passport-sized photograph and motivation letter.

Gujarat Maritime University LLM Admission 2023 

• Candidates who wish to pursue LLM are required to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law with an aggregate of at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST Category candidates) from a recognized university.
• Admission to LLM course will be granted based on Merit in the  CLAT whereas admission to LLM (Professional) program will be granted based on candidate’s performance in the Bachelor’s degree program, motivation letter and Personal Interview.
• The duration of both of the LLM Programmes is for 1 year each. Candidates can check the basic details from the following table.

Gujarat Maritime University PGD Admission 2023 

The Gujarat Maritime University offers two options in PGD programmes namely Maritime Law and International Trade Law. Candidates who wish to pursue PGD are required to hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Admission to PGD course will be granted after scanning the application form of candidates followed by Motivation Letter which should specify why their application should be considered and how will the course be useful to them in career advancement. Gujarat Maritime University MBA Admission (Course & Fees)

• GMU offers admissions under State Quota seats, administered by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) and All-India seats for which the admission processes are described below:
• GMU accepts CAT /XAT / MAT / CMAT/GMAT score for application to its programmes.
• The candidates shortlisted on the basis of aggregate CAT /XAT / MAT / CMAT/GMAT  score will be required to appear for Group Discussion / Personal Interview (PI) for confirming his/her admission.
• The MBA in Shipping and Logistics offered by GMU has been crafted on the lines of the world- famous BLUE MBA offered by Copenhangen Business School (CBS) and will be the first-of-its-kind offering in India.
• Admission to the fully residential two-year MBA program is open to graduates from any discipline provided he/she fulfils the eligibility criteria and qualifies through the selection process.
• A total of 30 Seats are available for admission under the MBA Program in Maritime Management (with specialization in Shipping & Logistics Management) at Gujarat Maritime University (GMU).
