Gujarat University Admission Form 2023
The university will release the Gujarat 2023 application forms for both undergraduate and postgraduate level courses offered by affiliated colleges from the Third week of June 2023. Candidates have to register at the official website by providing an active and valid email ID and mobile number. Successfully registered candidates will get a PIN from the Gujarat University help center. After the registration, candidates have to fill the Gujarat University 2023 application form. How to fill Gujarat University Admission Form 2023
- Step 1 - Online Registration
- Candidates have to visit the Gujarat University Official website for registeration by entering details such as a valid mobile number and other information in the required fields in the form.
- University will send an SMS with registration no. on the candidate's mobile number.
- Step 2 - Filling up details in Application Form
- Candidates have to enter the 14 digit pin sent by the university and fill all the personal and qualified examination details.
- After filling in the required details, candidates have to upload the scanned copies of the photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
- Step 3 - Choice Filling
- Applicants have to select a programme and the desired college from the available list of available Colleges/departments as per his/her preferences of interest and convenience for admission. Gujarat University 2023 admission UG and PG courses/programmes will be displayed in the Choice Filling Page, from where candidates can select colleges as per preferences of interest and convenience.
Gujarat University Application Fee 2023
Candidates have to pay Rs. 5000/- as a security deposit after filling and submitting the Gujarat University 2023 admission form. After selection, university will refund that money after charging Rs. 500/- for Gujarat University admission administrative purpose. The candidates can then download and print out the Gujarat University 2023 admission receipt. This receipt must be shown by candidates during the counseling process of Gujarat University admission 2023.
Gujarat University UG Admission 2023
The university offers many courses such as BA, B.Sc, B.Arch, LLB, BBA, etc at the undergraduate level. The minimum eligibility required is having passed 10+2 or its equivalent from any of the following board:
- Gujarat Board
- Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)
- Council of Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE), New Delhi
- National Institute of Open Schooling
- International School Board
- Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent from any state other than Gujarat.
Interested candidates can register themselves through the university’s official website. Also, they have to pay the registration fee through online mode only. If in case candidates have submitted more than one application, the application submitted at the later stage shall be treated as the final one and the rest application will be canceled by the authority.

The university will grant admission to UG courses based on the merit list. In the qualifying examination, the percentage of marks obtained in the theory subjects will be the merit marks. In the case of tie-up in merit marks will be resolved based on the following preferences such as:
- Aggregate marks in the qualifying examination (Only theory no practical marks will be considered).
- Marks obtained in English subject in the qualifying examination.
- Aggregate marks of SSC or its equivalent examination.

Gujarat University Medical Admission 2023
The university also offers many medical programmes at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The courses offered are MBBS, BPT, B.Sc. Nursing, MS, MDS, MPT, MD, etc. NEET UG and NEET PG scores are required for MBBS and MS/M.Sc. Nursing/MD respectively.

Gujarat University Ph.D. Admission 2023
The university also offers Ph.D. courses with several specializations. The admission process for the same is expected to begin in April 2023. The minimum eligibility for admission is having a Master’s degree/ B.Tech/ MBBS/ M.Tech.
Candidates will be selected based on an entrance test conducted by the university itself. Also, the following candidates will not have to appear for the Ph.D. entrance test conducted by the university and are exempted from the test:
- Qualified in SET/NET/JRF exam of bodies such as CSIR/UGC/ICAR/ICMR, etc.
- Completed M.Phil. degree from Gujarat University.
- Those applicants who have qualified for any fellowship/ scholarship examination and are eligible to receive a scholarship from national bodies are also eligible for admission.
- Candidates who have scored more than 75 percentiles in the latest GATE/CAT National-level examination are eligible.
