IIIT Delhi Admission 2023 for B.Tech
Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi offers admission to the B.Tech programme and the admission will be based on the marks secured in JEE Mains and JAC. IIIT Delhi MTech Admission 2023
IIIT Delhi offers admission to the M.Tech program in the various disciplines at the PG level. Selection in the MTech programme is done on the basis of an entrance test conducted by IIIT Delhi or candidate merit in GATE exam. BE/ B.Tech in the related discipline or M.Sc/ MCA with a minimum of 65% (55% for SC/ST categories) is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission.

IIIT Delhi Ph.D. Admission 2023
Applicants who have completed their UG and PG degree from any recognized university are eligible to apply for Ph.D. programs offered by IIIT Delhi. The institute has a provision through which Ph.D. candidates can change their course to M.Tech if they have completed only B.Tech before enrolling in the Ph.D. program.

Selection in the M.Tech program is mainly conducted in the three-stage selection process:
- Stage 1: Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their marks in the last qualifying degree
- Stage 2: Entrance test conducted by IIIT Delhi
- Stage 3: Interview round

IIIT Delhi Cut off 2023
The cut-off of IIIT Delhi is the JEE Main cutoff ranks that candidates must secure for admission in the institute. IIIT Delhi cut off 2023 is declared as opening and closing ranks for various categories of both Delhi and Outside Delhi region. For admission to the IIIT Delhi candidates have to obtain a rank more than or equal to JEE Main Cut off for IIT Delhi. JAC Delhi conducts admission to various BE/BTech courses through JAC counselling on the basis of JEE Main scores.

- Pay the application fee of Rs 1400/- through Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card.
Reservation Policy
IIIT Delhi reserves 85% of the seats for students of Delhi residence. Rest 15% of seats are allocated to candidates outside Delhi.

IIIT Delhi Scholarships
Candidates enrolled for M.Tech Computational Biology, will receive a 50% waive on the tuition fees.
Teaching Assistantship: Candidates can receive financial assistance through this fellowship for which the amount can be paid through AICTE-DBT to the account directly. Students can avail of this facility for admission in full-time courses only. It is mandatory that the M.Tech students should have recommendations from the admission committee. Students will be given Rs 12,400 for a period of 2-year.
M.Tech students also get hired as Research Assistants/Interns on different sponsored projects for which they receive a stipend for working full-time during the summer semester.
