KU Gandhinagar UG Admission 2023
Karnavati Gandhinagar offers various courses at the UG level in the following fields-Design, Law, Management, Dentistry, and Arts & Mass Communications. For admission in undergraduate courses, candidates must have passed class 12. For admission in BDS, candidates must have completed 17 years of age as on 31 December as per the academic year for which the admissions are being conducted. Admission in BBA LLB course is based on candidate merit in CLAT/LSAT exam score. Admission in BDS Course, is based on candidate merit in NEET UG exam score.

University offers admission in this programme in both full-time/part time basis. Research scholars registered with Karnavati University must have complete one semester of coursework (included in the duration of three years), and then periodically appear before the Research and Development Committee, who monitors the scholars’ progress. Candidates who qualified SET/UGC-NET, Entrance test ICAR/DBT/ICMR/CSIR/DST/TRF/JRF/M. Phil degree course (admission with entrance Test)/score 75% or more in GATE/CAT are exempted from University entrance test.
Selection criteria
- University conducts an Entrance Test with at least 50% qualifying marks. The syllabus of the Entrance Test shall consist of 50% of research methodology and 50% of questions are subject specific. Total marks for the Entrance Test is 100 with a total of 100 MCQs each of one mark and the duration will be 120 minutes.
- After the entrance test, university conducts an interview / viva in order to discuss their research interest/area through a presentation before a duly constituted Department Research Committee.
