KNU Bardhaman Admission 2023 will be granted on the basis of the result of a Research Entrance Test (RET) and a personal Interview (PI). Those with valid scores from UGC-NET, SLET, GATE, or JEST can skip the RET and will be admitted directly through Judgement of PI. Kazi Nazrul University is now accepting applications for its PhD programme starting in the academic session 2022-23. Kazi Nazrul University UG Admission 2023
The process of seat allocation is generally based upon the completion of the requirements relevant to the courses. There is no entrance examination for the same and the process is completely merit-based. However, there is a counselling procedure where the students need to get all their necessary documents verified to secure the admissions. Reservations are done as per the rules instructed by the government and as per the criteria given in the constitution.

The candidate must be 17 years minimum of age to apply. Also, submit all the necessary documents with the application at the time of applying. The application has to be submitted under a specific time period as given. The documents must also be provided at the time of admission for verification and seat allotment (counseling) processes.

For applying to Postgraduate courses there is no entrance examination. The admission is given based upon the academic performance in the qualifying examination of the Undergraduate degree from the concerned courses.
Kazi Nazrul University B.Tech Admission 2023
The University offers two Diploma and B.Tech. courses. These are –
- Diploma in Mining Engineering
- Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mining Engineering
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Metallurgical Engineering
Note - The admissions to the above B.Tech. courses are done through the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE). Hence candidates will have to fulfil the WBJEE 2023 eligibility criteria to take admission.

For Online mode

- Pay the application fees digitally and get a print out of the online receipt and application form.
For Offline mode
- Get the application form from the University’s office.
- Fill out the form and submit it with the fees and all the necessary documents.
NOTE – Applicants from other Universities should register themselves at KNU first. Also, they have to submit an additional form known as Registration and Inward Migration Form which is available at the Sales Counter of University’s office along with the original Migration Certificate and an attested copy of the last examination’s mark sheet.
