King George Medical University Time Table 2020 Important Instruction Regarding the Examination
Students who are eligible to appear for the King George Medical University exam are advised to follow the instructions given by the examiner/ invigilator, before the commencement of the exam. The important points to be followed on the day of the examination are mentioned below:
- Candidates should reach the Examination Hall 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
- Students should carry the admit card and their valid identity card on the day of the exam.
- Take care of the question paper provided whether is correct or not, before writing your exam.
- There is a prohibition to carry any unfair means such as Mobile Phone/Pager, Scanner pen or camera, or any electronic/digital gadget, etc inside the examination hall.
- Students are advised to bring their stationery items. Exchanging of stationery is not allowed during the exam.
- Avoid any kind of malpractice during the exam. If any candidate found involved in malpractice then he/she shall be booked under the UFM.
- If supportive material, other than that which is necessarily permitted, is found at or by the desk, it may be treated as an attempt to cheat and relevant procedures for cheating will be followed.
About King George Medical University
King George's Medical University, formerly Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University, is a medical school, hospital and medical university located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. The medical school was upgraded into a medical university by an act passed by the government of Uttar Pradesh on 16 September 2002. The University has capacity for 1250 undergraduates students (including 280 dental students) and 450 postgraduate students. The MBBS course takes four and a half years to complete and has an intake of 250 students each year. The college offers the four and a half year M.B.B.S. course with a one-year compulsory rotating internship. There are 250 seats for MBBS and 51 seats for BDS, which are filled through the NEET UG exam. There are more than 28 PG courses and 13 Doctoral courses in KGMU. Thus almost all the branches of medicine and dental have a training program at KGMU. Diploma and PG diploma courses are also available in the institute.
