Krea University UG Admission 2023

KREA offers full-time undergraduate degree courses of BA and B.Sc under different subjects of specializations with a duration of three years. These programmes are offered by SIAS, School of Interwoven Arts and Science. Students will be provided with an opportunity to join an additional fourth year of Advance Studies, which is completely optional. Candidates can check all the details related to admission at UG level from the following table:

• Candidates must have attained 21 years of age on or before 01 August 2023.
• Students appearing in SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) or ACT (American College Testing) are also eligible for admission, but such candidates have to mention the score on the application form.

Selection Criteria

The selection process for admission in UG Courses involves following two stages i.e. Application Screening and Immersion Day.

• Submit the online application form (Any other mode i.e. offline or downloaded forms are not acceptable)
• Students are selected for KREA Immersive Case on the basis of an application screening
• Application for financial assistance opens

The purpose of the Krea Immersive Case is to analyze a few qualities in the candidates that shine through in an interactive, hands-on, and real-world setting. The case experience also provides candidates with the basics of Krea’s Interwoven Learning approach in action. The Krea Immersive Case consists of the following processes:

• KREA Immersive Case, that includes field visits, reflection essays, quantitative and logical reasoning tests, group discussions and presentations, and finally interview or conversation with the selection panel
• Any decision regarding admission i.e. confirmation or denial of admission is based on information and scores provided in the application.

• Candidates can now register under Apply now tab by providing e-mail id, personal details, and mobile number.
• After online registration, the candidate can fill in the details like a personal story, academic achievements, extracurricular activities, personal details, and some additional information in the application form.
• Submit the duly filled application form and then move to the fee payment section.
• Application fee of Rs 500/- which can be paid in online mode.

Krea University MBA Admission 2023

KREA offers a full-time residential Master of Business Administration or MBA as a post-graduation degree programme with a duration of 2 years. The course is offered by IFMR Graduate School of Business. It offers almost 22 core and 55 elective subjects spanning over a period of 2 years. 

During the Second year, candidates get to opt for any one of the eight electives provided by the university.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in any stream either in full-time, open, or distance learning mode can apply for admission in this programme.
• Final year students can also apply for admissions.
• The candidate must have been born on or after 01 January 1993 and not later than 31 December 2000.
• Must have appeared in any of the following entrance exams-CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, and GRE
• Candidates with work experience with not more than 36 months on the last date of application can also apply for admissions.

Selection Criteria

Selection is purely based on candidate scores in class 10th, 12th as well as UG programme & university entrance exam. The selection process is divided into the following two rounds:

• Working Professionals Round (WPR) and
• General Round (GR)

Candidate selection is divided in the following two levels:

• Application screening
• Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI)

• Fill all the personal details, details related to competitive exams in which candidates have appeared, address for communication, academic details, work experience, and parent details.
• After filling all the details, candidates need to upload mark sheets, certificates, and other educational documents.
• Now, candidates have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 1500/- before final submission.
• Shortlisted candidates will be informed of all the details via e-mail.
