MMMUT Application Form 2023
MMMUT releases the application form only on the official website. So candidates have to follow the steps given below to fill online application form:
- Step 1: First of all, candidates have to visit the MMMUT Official website.
- Step 2: Secondly, candidates are advised to read all the instructions carefully and click on the “Proceed for Registration” button.
- Step 3: Then, candidates have to enter personal information and advised to enter a valid mobile number and email ID for getting login details and click on the “Continue” button.
- Step 4: Then, OTP is sent to the registered email ID and mobile number. Enter that OTP to validate.
- Step 5: After that, candidates have to enter personal information, address details and examination details and click on “Save and Continue” button
- Step 6: After that, candidates have to provide educational qualification details and upload photo and signature and click on the “Submit” button.
- Step 7: Then, application form number and password are sent to the registered mobile number and email ID.
- Step 8: Candidates have to make the payment to complete the registration process by clicking on the “Make Payment” button
- Step 9: After making the payment, candidates have to download and print the confirmation page for further use. Keep in mind that the application form can not be printed until the application fee will be paid.
MMMUT Result 2023

- Step 2- Next, the candidates have to click on the MET 2023 result link.
- Step 3- Then, the candidates have to enter the application form number/ roll number and password to check the result
- Step 4- On submitting the details on the next screen, candidates can check their results.
- Step 5- Lastly, take the print out of the MET 2023 result for future reference.
MMMUT Entrance Test 2023 Admit Card
- Availability: After registering successfully you can download the admit card for the university entrance test through the official website from April 30, 2023.
- Download: You should download the Admit Card from the Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology Website.
- Id Proof: You must carry anyone government id proof such as Voter Id, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport along with the Admit Card.
- Check your Admit Card carefully for your Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Test Centre Name, City, and if you face problem any problem in downloading the admit card contact the helpline.
- Original Admit Card: Admit Card can be downloaded from the University Official website, however, Original Admit Card will be made available in the entrance test examination hall.
Steps to download MMMUT Entrance Test Admit Card
- Visit the Official Website.
- Check for the admit card download link and click on it.
- Enter login credentials.
- Admit card will be displayed, download and take the print out of the same.
MMMUT Counseling Process 2023
Candidates need to follow the given steps at the time of counseling.
Step-1: Online Registration for Counseling
All candidates, eligible for admission counseling in MET-2023, will have to use their login Id and password to register for counseling through official website.
Step-2: Payment of Counseling Fee
After successful registration, the candidates must pay the counseling Fee using a prescribed payment mode before proceeding for choice filling.
Step-3: Choice Filling
After successful payment, the candidate is required to fill the choices in order of his/her preference available as per his/her applied course for admission.
Step-4: Choice Locking
Once the choices are filled in, the candidate is required to check the order of preference of choices thoroughly and if any alterations in the order of preference are required, rearrange them. Once the order of preference of choices is final, the candidate can lock the choices. After the choices are locked, candidates will not be able to change their choices any further. Candidates must take a printout (hard copy) of the locked choices, sign it, and produce it at the time of reporting at MMMUT, Gorakhpur.
Registered candidates who do not exercise any choices or fail to lock them will not be considered for seat allotment. His/her registration fee will also not be refunded.
Step 5: Seat Allotment
The final locked choices of the candidates would be processed centrally, and the allotment result would be uploaded on the counseling website.
Step 6: Allotment Result and online Deposition of University Fee
- The seat allotment result will be uploaded on the MMMUT website as per the schedule.
- In the case of seat allotment, the candidate is required to take the printout of the allotment letter downloaded from their login and must produce at the time of document verification at MMMUT Gorakhpur.
- Candidates are required to pay confirmation fees online using the payment gateway services within the stipulated time mentioned in the allotment letter. All the candidates seeking admission in any course must deposit complete confirmation fees to confirm their candidature.
Step 7: Reporting at MMMUT for Document Verification
Candidate, who has got a seat and deposited the annual university fee, is required to report in person at MMMUT Gorakhpur for original document verification. Candidate must bring an additional set of self-attested copies of all the relevant documents along with original ones.

- MET-2023 Admit Card in original given by the MMMUT
- Seat Allotment Letter downloaded from the Counseling website.
- Qualifying Examination Certificate and Mark sheet.
- Certificate of High school or equivalent examination for verification of date of birth.
- Domicile certificate of Parents
- EWS certificate for General category candidates
- Category certificate for OBC candidates
- Category certificate for SC/ST candidates
- Physically handicapped candidates will be required to bring a certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer in the prescribed format.
- An undertaking for medical fitness by the candidates & countersigned by his/her father/guardian
