MAU Solan gives admission to candidates on their performances in graduation & university entrance tests/relevant qualifying exams for a Master's Course in a different specialization. MAU offers an M.Tech program of 2-years duration, MBA, MTTM, and M.Com programs of 2 years duration. The university also offers an LLM course of one-year duration and an M.Sc. program with 5 specializations. Admission to the M.Tech program is given either on the basis of a valid GATE score or through HPCET conducted by HP Technical University. Students are admitted to MBA on the basis of their performance in CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ HPCET. Admission to the M.Sc., M.Com, MTTM, and LLM courses is based on merit in the qualifying examination. MAU University provides an opportunity for candidates to apply for Ph.D. programs in 11 different specializations. Applicants who have completed a Master’s Degree in relevant discipline or M.Phil with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent as prescribed by UGC rules can apply for admission to the Ph.D. program. The University offers a Diploma program in Pharmacy for a duration of 2 years duration. For admission to the course, candidates must have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as compulsory subjects with at least 45% marks (40% for the reserved category) in aggregate. Maharaja Agrasen University Scholarship 2023
The University offers a scholarship of Rs 1000 per month to the meritorious students of Graduation level for the first three years and INR 2000 per month in the 4th and 5th years. The scholarship is paid for 10 months only.
