- Candidates must secure 55% aggregate marks in the Master’s degree without grace in the concerned subject.
- The entrance test conducted by the university consists of 50% of research methodology and 50% of subject-specific topics.
- Applicants are exempted from university entrance test if they have passed in UGC-CSIR-Net/JRF/GSET or any other national level test conducted by the authority/institution approved by UGC
- The minimum duration of the Ph.D. program will be 3 years and for M. Phil, the course is 2 years.
