The Application form for admission at Mother Teresa Women's University will be filled out Online mode. Candidates can check the details related to the Application form below:

• The application form has been released on the MTWU Official Website tentatively from April 2023 (Tentative). 
• The application form is available only through Online Mode. Students can also download the application form from the official website. 
• Candidates are requested to check all the eligibility of the course they wanted to apply.

MTWU B.Ed Admissions 2023 

The University offers Undergraduate courses in B.Ed under 2 specializations. The candidates who have done graduation in any discipline from a recognized university is eligible to apply for the course. The final selection will be based on the basis of merit in the last qualifying examination. The duration of the programme is 2 years. For more details candidates can refer to the table below. 

MTWU PG Admissions 2023 

MTWU offers various courses under Post graduation in different disciplines such as management, science, arts, computer science, etc. The admission to M.Sc, MA, MSW, M.Com is on the basis of merit while for admission in MBA & MCA  programmes candidates have to give TANCET. For applying to any of the PG courses candidates must have passed graduation in the relevant disciplines from a recognized university. For more details candidates can refer to the table below. 

MTWU M.Phil & P.hD Admissions 2023 

MTWU offers admissions for Doctoral courses for candidates interested in research and higher studies. MTWU offers both M.Phil and P.hD Programmes in various disciplines in both part-time and full-time formats. Interested candidates can Pre - Register for the Qualifying Entrance examination for the P.hD programme. The entrance exam consists of a written exam followed by an interview. The interested candidates must hold a master's degree to be eligible for applying for P.hD and M.Phil programmes. It is important to note that for Full-time P.hD in Education one must have completed M.Ed while for a part-time P.hD one must have at least 2 years of teaching or laboratory experience. Candidates who have already been attempted in UGC or GATE Exam are exempted from the written examination. For more details, candidates must refer to the table below. 

MTWU Distance Education 2023

MTWU offers a provision of Distance Education for the desiring candidates. There are a lot of students that can apply for it who are unwilling to study with regular courses and wanted to opt for correspondence. The University offers Distance Education in different levels of courses and in various disciplines such as management, arts, science, commerce, etc. The dates for Distance education are still awaited to be announced by the University. MTWU has approved study centres in Tamil Nadu and interested students can get their application form and prospectus from there and pay the application fees along there. The students can also download the application form through the Official website of the University but in that case, the application fees have to be paid using a Demand Draft with the filled-in application form. 

Admission through TANCET Examination 

Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is a state-level exam, organized by Anna University. The exam is conducted for admission to M.E., M.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Arch. and M.Plan. The minimum TANCET Eligibility is a graduate degree. Interested and eligible candidates can submit the TANCET Application Form on the official website of the exam. After the declaration of the TANCET Result, Anna University conducts counseling. Candidates on the basis of their marks secured in the exam can apply to various colleges and the University of Tamil Nadu. The exam will be held through offline mode for a duration of 2 hours for a total of 100 marks. The candidates will be awarded 1 mark for the correct answer and 1/3 will be deducted for the wrong one. The main topics which comprise the syllabus of TANCET 2023 are Quantitative ability, analytical reasoning, computer awareness, logical reasoning, situation-based business decisions by the candidate, and basic science questions. The Interested candidates can select the preferred centers for their examination and can download the admit card through Online mode.
